Twice now I purchased their new Superman cake batter cookie dough blizzards and both times they did not have the blue ice cream as advertised. They said they ran out but a week earlier they were out then also and the new Superman movie still hasn't played. Lack of preparation and now they say they won't be getting the blue ice cream. Still taste the same but they can't meet the advertising hype. Sub par at best.
Everything is really decent at this Dairy Queen. The food is good the people are at least efficient and the atmosphere is just your friend of the meal Dairy Queen nothing really special but it's very clean very clean and I like that Dairy Queen prices have gone through the roof I don't see how a family of four can go there and eat without needing a financial aid. Was in the mood for a shake but DQ was close by so went there instead. Got a s'mores Blizzard. For fast food, it was better than the uninspired shakes and ice cream at other chains. Still not a supreme dessert but it was made with chocolate ice cream (not vanilla with chocolate syrup) and it indeed was full of Graham crackers and chocolate chunks, so, not bad. The large size was about $8 with tax.
