The food was fine but the past 3 times, they let me know they are pretty much required to work 8-10 hour shifts ALONE. The staff are always super nice but it’s sad to know this franchise isn’t able to afford more staff or at least allow two or more people on a shift. Such a shame.

Ribs were dry. I could eat them, but still, to dry. I read other reviews and dry seems to be a theme. I had brisket last year, and was also dry. I think they have a monopoly so they don't need to improve their product. I won't be going back.
Very friendly staff. We came in with 9 people and a baby on a Sunday evening and the staff were hustling never made us feel bad even though they were clearly understaffed. We appreciate your friendliness and great service. Food came out as fast as possbible and accurate. Thanks guys we will definitely be back.

When I tell y'all the ribs are so tender and juicy and is falling off the bone me and my family got the family pack with ribs Mac n cheese and baked beans it changed my life never had something this good before and kids eat free every Sunday and we definitely will be coming back
