It's open to the public. Decent amount of seats and a welcoming atmosphere. Drinks were great. It won't be my regular hangout... It is on the campus.

The chips were on the thinner side which I like. I was nearly falling asleep at any moment after a long day, and the chips alone seemed to be just the fuel that I needed to make me feel much better! The salsa was also nice. I liked the consistency that was the right combination between smooth and chunky. I also thought it was a good amount of spiciness, and I didn't even ask if they had a spicier option like I do a lot of the time.
