If I could give them a zero I would. They refuse to give you a refund. This is now the second time in a row I have had issues with this store. The first time they forgot part of the order and still wouldn’t give me a refund for it. They makes you wait for them to remake it and tells you that’s the only option you have. Will not be using them again. It’s funny their website says satisfaction, guaranteed or money back, but they don’t do refunds?🤯

Ordered a couple of pizzas and some cheesy bread. When I got there to pick up my order they said that they had forgotten to make the 2nd pizza and it was gonna be a 15 Minute Wait so I went home and waited out the other 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I called the store to Make sure that it was ready before I came back. They said it was and when I got there, I asked if I could get a 2 L soda for having to drive back-and-forth twice instead of just want. The manager said no and so that’s why I’m writing this because they could’ve done at least something to make it right.

You get a print out of an order. That order details what the customer wants and somehow you still manage to mess up the order and act as if it’s my fault that you messed up the order. So when I call about it I’m the one at fault for calling about items I paid for. Last time I will ever order from this place.

Usually go to a different Dominos nearby but they kept messing up my pizza. This is the best pizza I’ve ever had from Dominos. The parking situation sucks but it was quick and they were friendly!

Avoid - poorly run
Picked up a pizza and called to complain that they forgot to put an item on that was clearly on the order. Told I needed to check the pizza before leaving store.
Not my fault they don't have a quality check. So screw up and then may your customer responsible for not catching it. Didn't see assign telling me to check before leaving as they aren't responsible for their quality.
Pizza was light on the toppings to be almost non existent on some slices. It was edible but not enjoyable.

Placed an order and when we got the notification it was dropped off, we went outside to grab it right away and it wasn’t there. Called the manager Maximus after 2-3 minutes of searching our property and told him what happened. He told us that the driver had dropped it off, had picture proof, and then went as far as blaming it on us that someone must have taken it off our porch. We asked for the “picture proof” and he said they didn’t have to provide the picture proof that it’s on us if it isn’t there. He tried gas lighting us into believing that we were basically out of $70+ dollars in pizza (plus a generous tip) and it was our fault for not getting the pizza when they texted and that we would need to talk to corporate if we were dissatisfied. Finally after questioning him again, thank god his driver showed back up to the store and was honest, confessing to him that he accidentally dropped it off at the wrong address. The manager Maximus goes “oops, I hate when that happens.” He didn’t even actually apologize and told us we would get our original order in 10 minutes. Our very kind delivery man brought us our order and an extra order of Parmesan bites as an apology, and admitted to his mistake. 5 stars for our honest, hard working delivery man and 1 star for his manager.

I ordered pizza from here like I have many times before I love pizza and is my go to fast food! My order was taking over 30min still showing as being Prepped so I called talked to Max he said he was the only one working and was running behind which is fine I understand an hour and half later almost 11pm my pizza shoes up missing toppings and also had toppings I didn't order on it called he tried to offer me 2 topping pizza as refund instead of giving me my money back or just sending me the pizza I ordered tomorrow because not it's late and I just wanna go to bed so disappointment!
