I made an online, personalized order where I clearly selected that the pizza be with little red sauce, to my surprise when I bit into it it was literally a soup and I did not enjoy my food at all, I will not order at this place again!

This place still can't process and deliver an order in any reasonable amount of time. Ordered around 7pm, pizza only went in the oven at 8pm, then sat on warmers. Called the store at the hour and 45 min mark, was told the two delivery drivers were stuck in traffic. I'm sorry, but where in Tacoma is there bad traffic at almost 9pm? Drove to the store to pick up the order, and no discounts or apology for the delay.Clearly corporate has abandoned this location or isn't paying well enough to retain staff. Let this place fail so something new can take its place, as the reviews here shows years long history of the exact same issues.

Little pizza place, but ooh man they are really busy. Lots of employees working there, and still cant be fast enough. They produce so many pizzas in short time. Wait time is between 30 to 45 minutes from the order time until receive order. Plus delivery time. Pizza has lots flavor when hot, and soft but not the best Dominos Pizza, i had much much better Dominos Pizza @ other location, and when cold flavor is lost by 50% or more Good friendly service from almost everyone, But no extra

5/21/23 I ordered right before close(felt terrible) but still got 2 really well made pizzas, and Joseph who delivered it was still really nice even though our elevator was broke and he had to walk up the stairs! Thank you again Joseph!
I put in an order for a pizza recently because they were running a special for 50% off online orders. I paid for my pizza online so that I could have it dropped at my apartment front door after being delivered. The store I ordered from completely botched the delivery; I let their driver into my building and all he had to do was drop the box at my door since it was already paid for. The driver supposedly couldn't "get in touch" with me despite not needing to. They were already in the building because I had let them in. So they decided to cancel my paid for order. I call the store up and they refund me for the pizza but then tell me I have to order another pizza. Even though I didn't cancel the order and they did, the onus was being placed on me to order a whole new pizza. They didn't offer to throw in any breadsticks or attempt to do anything to rectify the bad service situation. They hung up on me, I tried calling back and the store hung up on me again. I called again and asked one of the people in the store for the manager/franchisee contact info to make a complaint and the store manager got on the phone and told me "stop harassing my employees." Dominos your store at 805 Pacific Ave S in Tacoma, WA is horrendously bad with customer service. I've never had this bad of service from dominos or really any pizza place. There's no excuse for treating customers like that.

Do not order delivery from this store. Seriously, it won't get to your house for at least an hour and a half. Don't bother talking to the employees they are rude.

Tried ordering from here a few weeks ago and they called an hour after I ordered saying they didn't have any drivers and that we'd have to come pick up the order. All good, we get it. Tried ordering again tonight and 2 hours later the pizza tracker never moved so we called the store, and they just recommended we cancel the order because they had no clue when they could even get the pizza in the oven? Tacoma has lots of options, and unfortunately this location shouldn't be yours.

Nice store! It is quite quick and you can schedule when to pick up your food if you order online and pick it up in-store. Additionally, there are often affordable carryout specials available online. There is plenty of space at tables or counters if you want to eat in, a well-remodeled, spotless interior, and a glass wall so you can see the pizza being created. I was surprised to find that parking wasn't that tough given that it was so close to the city center. I detest back-angle parking, and there isn't a quick loading or pickup space, but I've never had a problem parking in front of or around the corner.

Use the Domino's app. Save 50 percent. A plain cheese medium pizza is $8.81. The app takes practice but works.
