Manager and employees acted like jerks. 3 days in advance I ordered 10 pizzas for my daughter's birthday party, the day of the party I got there to picked them up at the scheduled time just to find out that they had cancelled the order as there were 'too many pizzas' and they were unsure if I was going to pick them up. Worst part is that they acted like they didn't care about it and didn't even try to work something out.
Horrible experience with this location. Poor management and incompetent employees.

This dominoes location is unfair and not understanding. Management will not try to help the customer. The other selection was chosen because I didn't get food or the drink I ordered. No refund no replacement they will offer. Worst food establishment.

If you like thin crust pizza order from a different domino's location. Multiple attempts at this domino's and it has come burnt each time. Burnt thin crust feels like trying to chew gravel.

ordered two items at 2:47pm for delivery and it didn’t come until well after 4pm. the online estimate said max 35 mins for a wait. super frustrating to order food and them not have it delivered until an hour and a half later.
Food was hot for carry out, though it wasn’t cut all the way thru. Also, asked if they had Coke Zero in a smaller bottle, the girl at the front said yes and after I paid, handed me a Diet Coke. I was like, this isn’t Coke Zero. She said it’s the same. It absolutely is not the same, but I had my 3 yr old with me and so I just left. Very poor service. Girl didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The customer service alone makes me not want to return.

Josh at this store i spoke with 1 minute after i placed my order asking for my wings to be WELL DONE, he said ok. Got the wings as well as my pizza (with 2.5 inches of crust) and the wings are not well done. I called and asked if i can bring them in for a refund, he tries to explain he cooked them himself and they are well done followed by a chuckle…i asked why hes laughing its not funny and he hung up on me. I called again and he said unless i want to hear about how he cooked them we have nothing to talk about and hung up. I then called again and he said “customer service is reserved for good customers” meanwhile all i askef is why hes laughing at my food being messed up. I then asked for the aftual managers name and when they would be there because this cannot be the customer service they represent. He said his name is wes and he cant give out his schedule lol i never asked for that i asked when they would be in. All in all i do not recommend this ppace at all, the “managers” are clearly made to work elsewhere. $50 AND A TIP wasted.

We ordered 2 hand tossed and one gluten free.Got 3 hand tossed.called manager would not help or fix order.Totally disrespectful no customer skills.Have purchased from here many times never have had a problem.Manager should be trained or fired.If not this branch will fail.
