Ordered online, their pizza tracker said my order was finished. I arrived for pickup and was told they were only just beginning to make my order. I hate being lied to and having my time wasted.

My wife ordered a couple of pizzas. we waited an hour from our placement and seeing it in Quality check for 30mins. after waiting on the phone, i get some one who sounds like they are in a wind tunnel. he ask for our order number, and tells us it’s getting sent out. when the food shows up, this is what I got. almost no sauce, light toppings where i can barely find the onions or peppers. I have ordered a cheese free pizza with Barbecue sauce plenty of times and it has never looked like this. Thankfully I had Barbecue at home to use. Other wise It would hardly be edible.

The food is good, but tonight me and my grandmother, aunt and cousin were just going to get some pizza, mind you it closes at 1AM. It was 10PM and there was a couple that was at the door and the workers let them in and gave them their food. My cousin went to the door and was knocking, they did not answer and they were there not even doing really anything, my grandma came and knocked and the people did not answer. We waited for 2 minutes and there was a man, my grandma politely knocked and he was ignoring her and then went somewhere else. The food is fire don’t get me wrong, but the customer service is shitty. Like we’re paying yall with our hard earned money for some damn food, so mature the hell up lmao😬😬

Store has policy that lobby closes at 10 pm and only online orders are allowed after that time due to safety concerns. This is not marked anywhere online and the employee was incredibly rude when I arrived a little after 10. While I understand the need to prioritize employee safety, it feels very misleading to advertise yourself as open until midnight when certain customers (people without smart phones, people who pay in cash, etc) are not able to get food after 10. We went to Wendy’s instead.

I usually order online and have My order delivered..I order the same Pizza Everytime but the Last 2 deliveries from the Pine St Store in Tacoma has been for lack of a better word. TRASH.... TODAY was worse than ever... Pizza was burnt and sliced Horribly....I will never eat or order another Dominos Pizza from Any Location.

The delivery driver was very late and on top of it was very rude and reeked like Marijuana . I belive his name was Hunter.

Manager and employees acted like jerks. 3 days in advance I ordered 10 pizzas for my daughter's birthday party, the day of the party I got there to picked them up at the scheduled time just to find out that they had cancelled the order as there were 'too many pizzas' and they were unsure if I was going to pick them up. Worst part is that they acted like they didn't care about it and didn't even try to work something out.
Horrible experience with this location. Poor management and incompetent employees.

This dominoes location is unfair and not understanding. Management will not try to help the customer. The other selection was chosen because I didn't get food or the drink I ordered. No refund no replacement they will offer. Worst food establishment.
