Just left this store. Service was terrible they didn’t even acknowledge me when I first walked in. It took another worker to let 2 girls that were yapping like crazy in the background that they have a customer and even when she walked up to the cashier no acknowledgement just stared at me with a look of are you ready to order. Then I asked for a MEDIUM HONOLULU HAWAIIAN PIZZA SHE THEN STATED $20.49 . I said “what in the world for a MEDIUM SIZE PIZZA. That wasn’t the price when I ordered online she then went on to say well if that’s the price on line then you should order it on line. They don’t do coupons at the restaurant like this little girl was not even trying to give me a reason why the amount was so high for a medium. I walked out holding my composure even though I wanted to cuss that worker out. Instead I walked out pissed I no longer want to even order from your establishment anymore. Fix it please.

I ordered over 50 dollars worth of pizza to a homeless shelter already paid for online no need for any risk and when I called to figure out why the pizza wasn’t able to be delivered they told me it was against risk policy and when I asked to talk to corporate they hung up, when I called them again they threatened to call the police on me.

Today, Friday, May 2, 2025, I was just at this place and it is extremely detestable because I bought a small (12) regular pepperoni pizza and they charged me $25 when the price indicates another, I really feel scammed and I will never go to that place again, their employees are unhygienic, they grab their phones and touch the food without gloves, it is truly despicable how they work here.

Food are freezer burnt and everything contained salt marinara are salty. My Hawaiian pineapple are salty.
Disgusting tasting. An hour late. No call no show and they cancelled without calling or refunding. Then finally sent a new order after swearing my order wasn't ever in the system. I ended up paying twice and receiving two orders. Worst service ever. Comtesting with my bank. Guys on the phone were horrible customer service as well. Rude and avoiding their job trying to push you to hang up by stalling on taking your order and switching phones literally ten times to get you to hang up
