Most of us enjoy having dinner delivered to the house once in a while. We have been ordering from this Dominos for the last four years and I actually quit ordering from them a few months ago. The huge delivery fees as well as the poor quality of the pizza made us find different alternatives. The last time we ordered, I had to wonder if we had to specify cheese as a desired topping. As a matter of fact, all toppings were sparse. When an average frozen pizza tastes better than a hot pizza from Domino's without the delivery fees and 20-25% expected tip it's time to give up fast food pizza.Not going back and not regretting it.

Well clearly the Canadian bacon and pineapple was right but omg I ordered pepperoni and olive light sauce extra cheese and that’s what they sent me(pic below) burnt crust not even enough cheese to cover a regular amount and it was supposed to be extra cheese also that pizza itself was cold but other was hot. Make that make sense? Then when I called them the manager was short and had attitude and said it will be there when I can. How can you treat customers this way for your mess up! The best customer service I've experienced in years!! Staff are extremely friendly n welcoming! They called to tell me my order was ready which shocked me! Made me feel like they cared and Gary was simply amazing!!

Kaden the manager has poor customer service and is unprofessional. He cancelled My order because I asked for extra garlic around my crust. I tried to give this dominos a second try but I will never give them my hard working money. He’s the same manager that was talking to his employees like they were nothing. If you customer askes for extra and willing to pay then give them what they want extra butter around the crust and you cancel my order. Manager to manager I would never treat a customer so poorly! They also don’t wash their hands after handling the tilt unsanitary at its finest. If you don’t want poor customer service don’t come here.

Poor customer service...this is the third time that I've tried to use corporate promotions received at area college football/sporting events at my local Dominos (this one). They deny them each time. When the $3 carry out kick back also failed, I dump Dominos!! I'll never give y'all my money. That may be ok because clearly you don't want/need my business.

Me and my kids order pizza every weekend and this weekend was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering food from anywhere. I placed an order at 530. After an hour had passed, the status on my order hadn’t changed so I called the location. I spoke with one person who told me to hold and the second person requested my information, then replied that they “don’t have my order, you should try the other location”. I said thank you, hung up, and called every other dominos in Tacoma with no avail. After two hours of waiting for my dinner to show up, I ordered from a different restaurant. Shortly after ordering, a domino’s car pulls up and drops the pizza off at my house. More than 2 hours after ordering I grab the receipt and find out that the first number I called was the correct one. So I call back and talk to a very nice young lady that listened and was empathetic, but told me she couldn’t help me and that I needed to speak to the “manager manager”. She put me on hold and after a moment another young lady answered the phone. She seemed to not understand the amount of time I had waited, or the problems I had tracking my pizza, or the fact that I had to order a whole second meal because I thought the first order wasn’t showing up. She wasn’t very professional about it, offering a free pizza when I already had paid for two? I told her I needed a refund. She claimed I was being rude and wasn’t going to help me and hung up. I wasn’t asking for anything free, my family won’t eat two orders let alone a third pizza?! I wanted to get paid back for the time and extra money I had to spend for a second meal. Instead you’ll lose business.My family spent hundreds of dollars a month on dominos pizza and now we won’t be eating here ever again!

This Domino's has been our Main Pizza Joint for the last 8 years. These folks at this Dominos always have treated us right, the drivers have always been friendly and social. I do not believe in this last 8 years, that we have ever had a screwed up order. there have been a few times, I'll switch up and order from a competitor just to see what else I might be missing and every time I say to my wife "I should've just order from The Dom".

I try not to write a review until I've had several experiences with a place (unless they're egregiously awful).So this review is following several orders, both for delivery and pickup.My office has ordered about 7 times in the last month and each time the pizza has been delivered fast and hot. The quality has been excellent each time and the delivery drivers have been friendly and easy to work with.One fav: Wisconsin 6-cheese!
