I ordered a feta cheese and spinach and to open up and see it garnished with the most perfect crispy spinach leaf was legit icing on the cake. Perfection honestly. I wish I took a pic to share but I couldn't help but eat first think later.

Ordered two pizzas over the phone exactly the same and got to the facility and only one was ordered so we had to wait extra time for another to be made. On top of that, the person that wrote up the order at the facility for the forgotten pizza, took our money, and walked off, and began making pizzas without washing his hands(no gloves either) Gross!

Pasta was so good. I finished it before I could even do my review.The brownies look like they were cooked probably 30 seconds too much but still bomb .And the delivery driver was super friendly.I ordered my food at 2:47 & got it at 3:03 & i live only 4mins away from the store

Terrible service and rude managers. They need to learn how to talk to people. When I entered the store I was told I wouldn't be served until my ride moved his car, I have never been cussed at by a manager of any facility until yesterday. When I returned the favor and started cussing back they threatened to call the police. And even told me I was banned from the store. Don't eat here or at least be ready to put hands on the zesty dude and Karen. One employee tried to calm the situation down. (His name was Avery).Parking: If you park by doors management will cuss at you and refuse service

Be careful with the app if you're ordering online... There may be discrepancies between the total amount showed at the end and the charge in your credit card... They won't refund any transaction even if you call immediately after placing the order... Also the manager is very unpolite and unfortunately difficult to communicate with, only offered excuses to justify why they won't refund.. I used to be a regular client, not anymore

The service that I received tonight was extremely disappointing and horrible. I asked night manager Derek if he could replace my order and he refused to make my order into something else.He specifically told me I could not get a cheese pizza that I can only get the pizza that I ordered, even though I had ordered a cheese pizza.The pizza I had was dry no cheese and extremely nasty. Derek was going to remake the same nasty pizza for after I already didn’t like it.
Management is incompetent and rude. The messed up my order and never sent my replacement. They play games on the phone like they can’t hear me. You could hear me just fine when I called earlier.

Order was place as contactless as I have COVID. Driver decided that didn't apply to him and pounded on my door. When I finally got to the door he said he didn't have a box???? to leave my order???? I asked him to step away since I had Covid and he became snarky and rude at which point I told him to come on in if he wanted COVID. He then called me a F***ing B***h and banned me from the store. My neighbors camera caught him kicking my car when he went back to his. When I called the store he answered and said he was the manager. I don't know if that's true or not but if it is that's a really sad store to have a manager like that. I've read all the other reviews about this location and a lot of you have had very similar experiences. BUYER BEWARE. I'll spend a couple extra dollars to get Pizza Hut from now on
