It was my 1st time doing a delivery order. I used there online coupon that helped me save money. Delivery was excellent he did a Great job at being punctual, and following my instructions. I got all my orders correctly, except 1 pizza that they made a mistake on. I asked for green peppers, they gave me banana peppers instead. I would've liked to be notified if any changes to my order. But other than that they did a Great job in everything else.

The pizzas were good. It was the service that was terrible…specifically an employee named Gary. I placed an online order for delivery; left additional instructions to deliver at 5pm same day (as I placed the order earlier around 1:15pm.) and call me when driver is near residence. After submitting my online order, the screen didn't refresh to indicate that my order went through. I checked my email and saw a confirmation email. I opened up the email and read through it to ensure it’s correct. I noticed that it said my order was going to be delivered in 18-29 minutes; which was not what I wanted. So I decided to call the restaurant. Gary answered and I was explaining to him about my request on specific delivery time. He responded, with a rude tone, that I should’ve called immediately upon placing the order to let them know about the delivery instructions and proceeded to tell me that it’s too late because my order has already been placed in the oven. I explained to him that I had put the instructions on the online order. He then said that they don’t read the additional instructions until after the order has been placed in the oven.🤷🏻♀️ I explained to him that I called as soon as I verified that my order actually went through (receipt of confirmation email) and after reading through the email. He responded in a very rude manner by telling me I should learn how to use the app.…or something to that nature. I didn’t hear his last word because by then I was getting frustrated with his tone and manner. I also told him to go ahead and deliver when the order is ready; since they already put it in the oven. He said, “No, we’ll deliver on time requested”. Again, I said it’s okay, just deliver when it’s done. And again, he said no…no, we’ll deliver on time requested. So we ended the conversation with that. Almost an hour later, my sister informed me that the pizzas were already delivered (at her house), and was left on the porch with no one being aware that it was already delivered. I didn’t check the box “leave on front porch” and specifically instructed to call me when the driver is near the house so I can have someone come out to receive the order. According to Gary (when I called back to tell him about the delivery service), he said the driver tried calling via the app but the call was not going though. And I can understand that, but the driver should’ve at least rang the doorbell; that way someone will know to check the front porch. Bottom line: I was not pleased with the customer and delivery service…specifically Gary who took my call. It’s just unfortunate for me as I left a pretty good tip via online. To the manager: please teach your staff about customer service on the phone and in person and maybe read through the entire online order…to include the additional instructions…before processing/making order. I’ve ordered from Dominos many times and this is the very first time I’ve ever experienced this. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this particular location again.

Came to pick up an order my wife placed online. Somehow forgot to select my gluten free dough. The manager offered to remake my pizza for free and let us keep the one we actually ordered. This place is awesome, top notch customer service, it's much appreciated.

I stopped ordering from dominos a few yrs ago because I the pizzas always tasted like old ingredients so last night my wife wanted dominos again so I agreed and again it was bad tasting with very little to no meat on it and it was a meatza pizza the pizza was even worse than befor the service was good friendly people but I will never go back I will stick with pizza hut

I come to this place all the time and today I decided to sit and watch while they made the pizzas and I have to say the person that was making the dough did not wash his hands when he left his station and came back. It was so disappointing.

Domino's seems to offer a good tasting pizza for the price. You could always spend more for a fancier pizza, if that's your wish. The carry-out orders are often completed quickly, even during busier times. The staff has always been courteous, pleasant & efficient. I do wish that when a carry-out order is called in, the credit/points are rewarded to our acct. Often, it's easier to call in an order on speaker phone when driving than stopping to place the order on-line. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
Vegetarian options: Accommodating staff for specific selection, without any issues.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat parking area w/ plenty of open space. Easy to get from your vehicle to inside. Another option is they can deliver your order directly to your car.
terrible terrible company ! ordered from them through uber eats & the delivery person went to the wrong address & handed homeless people our pizza. then when we called there was no offer of a replacement & just an overall ugly attitude. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. don’t order here.
