One of the drinks called Green pastures (or something similar to this name) that’s a white coffee and matcha said on the menu is really blend and overall not tasty at all. It also has a weird after taste. Would not recommend getting it.

You have to come experience the vibe at this swanky coffee shop in downtown Tacoma.Clean, crisp, fresh, with a wide range of seating options from the large conformable couches, swiveling cozy chairs, or more traditional tables and chairs. This is a great place to come get some work done, meet a group, or just a friend for a one on one catch up.I've used this place for group meet ups and sold my books here and their popup art markets.As always I have to tell you how friendly and helpful the staff is. Oh and yes they serve beer and wine too and have a monthly flight special.The view! I almost forgot to mention the astounding view of Mount Rainer from the patio!And where else can you sip your coffee and work on your budget inside an actual bank vault?

That's Tacoma
Coffee in the morning now will be a regular experience at Ebony and Ivory Coffee. It was my first time having coffee here and I was immediately blown away by the tall and open atmosphere. We didn't get any food, so pardon the low star review there, but nevertheless the good service and warm atmosphere was exactly where we needed to be on a rainy weekend morning.Thank you E&I Coffee!

My experience was not like everyone elses. I rate it less than mid. It's a space with so much potential...but it just felt like it was trying too hard. It was dirty. The furniture was stained. Music was criiiinge. The food items are obviously pre-packaged. Worst of all is the coffee. I got a sweet Caroline and it was awful. I threw it away and left.At least the staff was nice.

Lovely café with lots of seating to study or have a coffee with a friend. The music overhead is not strictly instrumental and I appreciated the soft rock songs during my visit. The coffee and drinks are priced reasonably for Tacoma and they offer free, password-protected WiFi. Only complaint is there are very few outlets to charge your device while using it. Street parking is located nearby and it was not a hassle to find a spot. Will surely be back!

A gorgeous place to have coffee and work or have a date. It's huge with plenty of tables. The chairs aren't the comfiest and sometimes the music choices are odd for the environment. I'd still recommend this place.
This was a nice spot downtown. It’s both the type of place people could enjoy a nice evening out and the type of place I could stop in to grab just a regular cup of coffee before heading to my conference. Everyone was super friendly and I could see they are tied in to the community and wanting their customers to feel like regulars.

Love the ambiance of this place. My second time here... however, after ordering a burrito, I noticed a piece of black hair on it. When I told the two baristas, Alaya mentioned it wasn't hers. But who else's was it when you just were back there and the only one with black hair lol? The guy asked if they wanted them to remove it or....? ?. I asked for a whole new burrito. As someone who has worked for Starbucks...no questions asked, as a restaurant or food place you automatically replace the food. Don't deny or overcomplicate the situation. Just apologize and move on. Maybe a little more training could help? Perhaps also offering a freebie on the house next time for the issue? Idk. I just feel it could have been handled a little better. Pretty good coffee tho. ?
