This was a nice spot downtown. It’s both the type of place people could enjoy a nice evening out and the type of place I could stop in to grab just a regular cup of coffee before heading to my conference. Everyone was super friendly and I could see they are tied in to the community and wanting their customers to feel like regulars.

Love the ambiance of this place. My second time here... however, after ordering a burrito, I noticed a piece of black hair on it. When I told the two baristas, Alaya mentioned it wasn't hers. But who else's was it when you just were back there and the only one with black hair lol? The guy asked if they wanted them to remove it or....? ?. I asked for a whole new burrito. As someone who has worked for Starbucks...no questions asked, as a restaurant or food place you automatically replace the food. Don't deny or overcomplicate the situation. Just apologize and move on. Maybe a little more training could help? Perhaps also offering a freebie on the house next time for the issue? Idk. I just feel it could have been handled a little better. Pretty good coffee tho. ?

This old Tacoma financial center hides a huge coffee and snacks space, but done tastefully, very clean and spacious, tasty (really good actually) coffee and a simple Belgium waffle . They also have a « safe » room where you can sit and enjoy your coffee !
Easy parking, nice staff. Coffee was really good, the decor was extremely nice. great atmosphere! Kinda don't wanna leave a review to keep this place a hidden gem haha

I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. Amazing atmosphere, great drinks, and friendly service. If you like warm, bustling coffee shops with lots of background noise, this place isn't for you. I'm not sure it ever gets loud or busy in there, but the lobby is large enough that you can still find a private spot in which to have a conversation.
