Tried this place yesterday and wish I could go right now. Their carne asada is the best I've ever had! You can tell that everything is homemade, it was all so delicious! Great salsa! I sat outside, but went in to use the restroom and I kind of wish I ate inside instead now. They have such beautiful paintings around the entire restaurant, I just wanted to slowly walk around and look at all of them. Great food, great atmosphere, be sure to try them out!

A very sweet staff who puts together the best bang for your buck when it comes to Mexican food. The food had just the perfect amount of spices and very tasty. A hidden gem that I would recommend time and time again.

After visiting and dining at Maria's for the last few years, it is due time that I write a review for the exceptional service, quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant. We went in again recently and were greeted by Ricardo, and as always, he greeted us with a warm smile and immediately got us seated. We went in shortly before close, but Ricardo and the staff were so kind, as well as offered extremely quick service. We got our food within 5 minutes of ordering and it was delicious as always. Maria's has some of the most amazing servers, staff and food in the industry and every time we dine there, it feels as though we are at home. It cannot be overstated how great the servers are and how friendly they are! Thank you for another amazing experience, Ricardo, we will see you all again soon!

I went 2 days in row. The first time I got a chicken chim and it was extremely greasy and gave me a stomach. The second time I thought maybe something else would be better. It wasn't. The street tacos were very dry and lacked any flavor. The wait staff was great and friendly the chips and salsa were very good.

Not a bad place for hispanic food. The wait staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is very family friendly.

We were a party of 7 and the staff was very attentive. I enjoyed my Pepita Salad with Steak.

Wheelchair accessibility: Entry, getting around inside, and the restrooms were all accessible. I think the tables would accommodate a person using a wheelchair pretty well. Our tables had on pedestal in the center.

Upon first walking in the scenery was nice but the man operating the front, who double as our server, immediately gave me and my fiancé a dirty look. Then proceeded to be hostile and disrespectful towards us for the whole meal, even tossing our tortilla container to our table and left it rattling against the tabletop. Now we are an LGBT and are used to accusatory interactions but we tried to give this subpar restaurant a try and tried our best to be charitable in situations like these. Even going as far as to leave a 20% tip because we are both day working people. But the flagrant disrespect and the over all blandness of this so-called Mexican food is the reason we as a lesbian couple will not be returning. I hope one day the ownership behind this franchise will notice their server creating a hostile experience for their LGBTQ+ customer base.

I recently visited Maria's Cocina Mexicana with a few friends, and sadly, it was not a pleasant experience. The food wasn't great; the chips and salsa were just okay, but nothing special. My main dish was bland and disappointing, which was surprising given the steep prices.

To make matters worse, the service was lacking. Our server seemed inattentive and disinterested, making the evening even more frustrating. My friend's daughter ordered a Mojito, but it wasn't muddled and was way too strong to enjoy. The one saving grace of the night was my Cadillac Margarita, which was well-balanced and refreshing.

Despite the current rating of 4.2, which suggests this restaurant is near a 5-star experience, it falls much closer to a 2 in reality. Overall, the visit to Maria's Cocina Mexicana was a letdown, and I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. If you're looking for a good Cadillac Margarita, it might be worth a try, but otherwise, I can't recommend it based on my experience.

Everything was delicious. Would have never know it was an El Toro until I saw the withdrawal.

I have been coming here since I was a little kid (about 30 years, before the name changed to Maria’s) and it is so so solid. I obviously have a sentimental attachment, but, truly, the food is delicious and super consistent, the service is attentive and prompt and the decor is charming as can be. My favorites are the enchiladas verdes and the carne asada. Many towns have this style of Mexican restaurant (family-oriented, sit-down, stucco and terracotta decor), but I love this one so much and I think they do it best.

Always great service here. My fav is the Maria's Bowl salad with chicken. My kids love the carne asada, enchiladas and fried ice cream. The Mango Daquiris are delicious too.
