I had lunch at El Toro for a business meeting the other day. We had a few drinks and appetizers and a meal. Overall the food was amazing and the service was great.

Service was great, The waiter was attentive and accommodating. Food quality was average. Ordered the Carne Asada, lacked some char but overall tasted pretty decent. Three people 1 being a kid who ordered a hamburger and the prices were just too high. Won't ever go back based on how they price their food. 91 dollars to eat at an average Mexican restaurant is a bit much.

I've been going here for a long time. It's always great. I haven't been here in like 4 months. I call and make a take out order as usual but this time a little different. I get the order done say my first name and hear oh hi, I know you. I'm floored, how did I stand out. I go there cuz that's where the food is. I meet Brooke (hope my spelling is right) she knows me. I haven't been there in months.
You see it's more than the food. It's the welcoming atmosphere and the food of course but mostly it's the people.
El Toro is one of my favorite places to go.
Your only a good as your people and your people are good.

Great food. My wife wanted to order from the kids menu as she cant eat a lot and they wouldn't let us.... only time we've ever been turned down for that...... but other than that it was excellent.

I went here because I had a craving for molé which is a spicy pumpkin sauce that, for me, is Mexican gold for flavor. But this place doesn't have it for some reason? So I had to order something else for a change. I did and it was good, more food than I actually thought I was going to get. So that was nice after going to other places wondering why their portions had gotten so small. The service was the best I have had in a while. Nothing special except the server listened and added a few extras that I wasn't expecting. So over all good food and service.
