Hostess barely acknowledge us. Walked over and grabbed some menus then just headed to a table. Didn't offer any drinks or anything. Food was okay, but I wouldn't tell anyone about it. Drank a full cup of coffee and didn't get asked if I wanted a refill until I was basically done with my breakfast. Not sure if it was a staffing issue with that one. Waitress was nice and cordial.

Great food and with a the friendly, country atmosphere.The description says "no takeout, no deliver." But through Door-Dash, I was able to order meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and pie for take-out. Delicious!

I wish to give a big shout out to Ciara M. at the Elmer's restuarant in Tacoma! Ciara was just awesome! My husband and I had breakfast there on the 18th of April, and she did a fantastic job! She has this warm beautiful smile and she checked on us constantly ensuring we have a very nice experience! Thank you Ciara, for making our visit one to remember. Don't lose that beautiful smile, and great customer service you have! And as always, food was great! We always enjoy our visits, and I love bringing relatives from out of town to this restaurant.

We have not been to Elmers for over a year; we use to live closer and now it's a drive. My daughter was craving their amazing French toast and we decided to take the drive. We were extremely happy we did; the food was great but what took it over the top was the service we received from Jay. She was exceptional in every way; she was attentive, pleasant and friendly. The previous Sunday we went to Anthony's on the waterfront and the service Jay provided us was hands down 100% better than what we received at Anthony for a fraction of the cost. Jay thank you for making our night!

While getting us the waitress shared that she was "tired, worked last night and had to be back at 6am . . ." She forgot to put some of the order ín, there were 5 of us - we waited so long we were taking a vote to go to the IHOP next door. The food was mostly hot when we got it. But the thrill was gone
Great as always! The waiter was super nice and checked on me alot to make sure everything was good and if I needed coffee. I don't recall the last time I had such great service in Washington if ever!Wheelchair accessibility: There isn't a handicap door open button but there is handicap parking. Would be great if they installed the button or had some way of getting help for us to be able to open the swingdoor luckily it isn't terribly heavy but still hard

One of our favorite spots in Tacoma. Great food every time! We usually go for breakfast on the weekend, we went for dinner the first time yesterday. The Prime Rib Dip was delicious. Additionally, Our server Michelle was super friendly and helpful.

This beautiful mama made our lil date so beautifully earlier. I had a break down at home before we head there lol for my boyfriend to tryout for the first time, and this beautiful old lady Miss Michele was the one who take care of us with love and care, how lucky her kids were. She is generous and beyond, Elmers are so lucky to have her ! She served us well and love her for that.Miss Michele thank you so much ! The world are so lucky to have you. Thank you ??Highly recommend to tryout Elmers. Their price isn’t bad at all and the service is fast, food is 10/10 as always !
