Today was my first time visiting this location and I ordered a 24oz PB&J. They somehow just left out the peanut butter entirely. I frequent the Burien and Lakewood locations. They’ve had their share of messing up proportions, like not adding enough peanut butter, but they’ve never outright forgotten the ingredient lol. Just a bit disappointing for a first time visit.

Yummy, line was long when I walked in but they whipped through everyone's order and had mine and my daughters smoothie ready in no time flat. Google maps likes to make it hard to get in their parking lot but worth it

Really, really sweet. Like eating ice cream! I think that’s what most people like in a smoothie but I just want fruits and veggies ground up. I didn’t ask for details so that’s on me. Also almost everything has protein powder. That seems to be their thing. Just not my style of smoothie. Staff was super nice.

Very good service! I was looking at some of the supplements on the wall, and one of the male employees was an expert on everything and steered me towards the best single item to get. I didn’t get his name, but it was exceptional customer service!

I've been to this store 3 times and will not be back. I couldn't figure out why my drink taste different than the other locations. After watching it be made the amount of ice put in is INSANE.....basically watering down each drink. We ordered 3 each time. So if you want what your paying for go elsewhere.
I go in store and ordered my favorite Berry Berry. The Christmas tree stunning but the best part was what the staff put at the very top. It's a must see. Bravo to the staff

Horrible customer service. Every time I’ve came into this emerald there are completely different girls working. Most of the girls are very sweet but the rest are horrible at customer service and don’t know how to make smoothies right.
