Only two girls working, no customers ins tore but when I told the girl I was ordering not picking up she got an attitude and sighed out loud. She just stared at me for a second and I blankly stared back. If you do not want to do your job maybe quit? The girl wears glasses and has curly hair. The nice woman making the smoothies said or did nothing disrespectful but the girl at the counter 11/22 @1:38 pm, needs a performance review. Never had an issue before but with this girl. Always had an attitude when you are ordering.

I was there on Thursday this week around lunch I did not catch the girls name who was working and she was super sweet. She was playing gospel music and the vibe was extremely positive. There was a line basically out the door, and she was hustling fast to take care of everyone. I got the Emerald with peanut butter, SO YUMMY!!! The free upsize was a bonus. She is awesome!!!

This is my FAVORITE e.c.s. location - the ladies here always make the best smoothies and bowls. I've tried various locations and this one is my favorite one to go to. Always delicious and excellent service every time!

Best smoothies in Tacoma! Better than the other ECS’s Niki & Shelby are the best Always happy to see these 2. I just want to say that I frequent ECS and this location is by far the best location as far as taste and consistency. Niki knows my order by heart and knows she is our favorite drink maker. I don’t understand some of the other reviews about drinks being watery or anything else. Never happened and I go to this location 3-5 times a week. The other ECS location that is nearby is open later and I have went there and that place was no where near as good. 5 stars on everything. Also the owner seems super cool and is very nice. He told me he was opening another location closer to my area so I’m stoked about that.

Good smoothie but when we walked in really loud music with hard cussing was playing and 3 young women were sitting on the ground. One got up to take our order and one got up to make drinks and started to do so without washing her hands. Customer service was very short. Unfortunate.
