Good smoothie but when we walked in really loud music with hard cussing was playing and 3 young women were sitting on the ground. One got up to take our order and one got up to make drinks and started to do so without washing her hands. Customer service was very short. Unfortunate.

I always come here after my workout for a smoothie. It always tastes good and is made quickly. Staff is friendly and the store is always clean. They have a large selection of snacks and supplements too which I appreciate.
I don't stay there to drink my smoothie. Music in all of them is a little too loud in all of them, I feel like I have to yell for the smoothie maker to hear my order, but they are all super friendly. Place is always clean.

rude, over-stressed employee at this (understaffed) franchise today. im a delivery driver and accepted an order for pickup, but was turned away by the individual who was in no mood to be helpful and complete the pre-paid order. i stood surprised as the clerk blew me off and focused on the line of customers (who had yet to order and pay) instead of an order which was supposed to be completed and ready for handoff. i am a professional, and quietly left when i realized that my customer was being pushed to the back of the line and would not be receiving their order on time, if at all.all i could do was advise the customer of the problem, and report the store to the delivery app support and request a cancellation for the delivery.sad thing is that ive bought for my family from this location in the past...won't any more. ?

1st time at the emerald city smoothie and I have to say if I lived closer to here it would be In my top five drink places. The smoothie I chose was the rejuvenator. It's a lite smoothie with strawberry flavor. after drinking it I could feel my body craving for more. As someone the regulars jamba juice walking in for the first time, emerald city doesn't seem like what you would expect from a smoothie place but after looking around a little bit and reading the descriptions of the drinks you can tell that the whole place is dedicated to the well being of body health. Customer service is good too my drink was prepared before I had to pay, though to some this could look like they haven't been serviced yet, they're actually preparing your drink before they ring you up. All in all if you're fine with trying something new try this place.

Super clean store, Chelby greeted us right when we came through the door made our (berry berry smoothie guava mango added). held the conversation the whole time. She was true to her word, when she said her drinks will be the best emerald city smoothie drink I’ll ever buy . She wasn’t lying thanks for phenomenal service CHELBY!
I got an acai bowl. It was literally ALL liquid, more like acai soup. & it shouldn’t have been melted since I got it right away after it was made. Terrible for my first time coming here, I’ll stick to Jamba Juice. Look at the pictures it’s literally all soup not a thick acai base at the bottom like normal. It was ALL liquid. Spent $13 and threw it away immediately & just went to Jamba Juice right after ??♀️

Kind of disappointed with this one. All the smoothies I usually get are mostly good but apparently the lean out is water based. Not great at all. I kept drinking it cuz they said they can’t give me a new one unless I pay for another which I understand just wish they put sum saying how it is water based. I gave it the benefit of the doubt kept drinking and then just got water, no flavor and it looked like that. If you like something more watered down with less flavor then that’s the one. The last one I got was way worse and was all mush and just water at the very bottom before even getting half way done. Apparently that’s how it’s supposed to be since they said it’s mostly water based. Just leaving a tip definitely won’t be getting lean out again lol personally don’t like it.
