The Casino has many games to entertain. The Non-Smoking area was really pleasant to sit in and not be overwhelmed with smoke.

Do NOT EAT AT THEIR DELI their food is HORRIBLE It's just dried and COLD. Also I got my car broken into at this casino at the very top floor ONLY A FEW FEET FROM THE DOOR! There are NO SECURITIES OUTSIDE they are all inside staying warm and checking for mask when they need to be checking our cars since we come to spend our money at their casino! Nothing was done. A report was taken but no follow up after that THEY DON'T CARE! There were a couple clean up workers there that said there has been plenty of cars broken into at that casino and same thing NOTHING IS BEING DONE! SMH They NEED SECURITYS OUTSIDE INSTEAD OF BEING INSIDE HARASSING THE PLAYERS ABOUT THEIR MASK! DO YOUR JOB SECURITIES!!

Our server Sam was great and we had such a lovely meal at the new Slahal resturant. EQC really did a great job on the decor and the ambiance was great.

We went to the casino & played the slots then proceeded to have a quick bite at their deli. We were waiting for our food & realized it's been ready for sometime. We didn't hear we were being called out, it was very noisy with the slot machines nearby. Anyway, I asked if it's possible to reheat the fries. The Asian server responded very rudely & refused to heat it up. This will be our last time here. Employees at other casinos are very accommodating but not here. Even though Red Wind Casino is 30 minutes away, we'd rather go there!

So I drove here from lakewood was almost close to peeing myself as I arrived was desperate to use the restroom i get there and the security is super rude made me feel as if i were in prison they made me feel intimidated and they didn't let me enterbecause i was "stumbling" cause I couldn't hold my pee.this is not my first time here and every time im here security is always rude and hostile towards me and my friends and i feel like is cause im hispanic and probably wont be here again thanks to their security abusing their power. My friend have also experienced some sort of discrimination bye this security staff.

The environment for a Big casino has a comfortable feeling. You can look around and know there's lots of people, it just doesn't feel that way. The tribe did a good job with spacing so no one feels trapped

Had a great time. Sat down at a real black jack table for the first time. Dealer was polite and friendly. There are TONS of machines to choose from. The food looked amazing but lacked in flavor.

It's a casino. The staff isn't as stuck up as they were at the old casino and their keeping up with the Covid regulations. The natives really stepped up the game (no pun intended). This space is nicely decorated with native art, nice light fixtures, and a centeral chandelier, which makes it easy to navigate your way to the Escalators. The restrooms are strategically placed, and all your favorite games are there. The last call is around 1am, and the restaurant serves food late into the night. There's plenty of parking and lot security.

Horrible customer service I can't believe it on Thanksgiving coming here to have a drink treated very aggressively by your employee named Angelique in the bar! She made a mistake while making our drinks by giving a Xtra shot and refuses to sale the special drink at the price offered... I ask for the manager then here manager comes, I can't remember his name due to angeliques constantly getting bothered by my presence and saying small rude Comments.. manager doesn't even listen to my point of view. that's why I'm making this with you because I am very upset with the casino being so uptight about their drinks when usually in customer service if you make a mistake you just give it to the customer.. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! That is not what happened here instead she said you can go to another bar and I said mam your being very hostile and saying smart remarks than she grabs another bartender who makes our drinks correctly with being rude.

I always have a pretty good time here win or lose its a nice place. Staff, for the most part is super nice the restaurants (coffee shop too) are all very good, sometimes there is a bit of a wait but you can play while you wait making it go by much quicker. I go to this casino atleast once a week and out of all of them I would say 9/10 visits are pretty enjoyable.

If this was the first rude security person I encountered I wouldn't even be reviewing these guys but I have had entirely too many rude experiences that were always 100% uncalled for to keep my mouth shut on this one. Being polite is not a choice for me, it is mandatory, just how I am eslecially to an employee of any kind. So I was barely there for a half hour (plenty of time to loose a good amount of cash) when a security guy started scolding me for something. Looking back I really have no idea what this man was angry about. I really did my best to pick up on what he was trying to yell at me about because I was really confused and wanted to be certain it wasn't something about something important like my vehicle being parked incorrectly or something. That wasn't the case though. One of the things I happened to hear him angrily spout out was something about a ticket so I immediately showed him my tickets. Then he said something like, "Yeah that's what I thought." Which confused me even more because his demeanor was anything but friendly. So I asked something like, "That's what you thought? You thought I lost or something. What are you talking about?" And whatever he said to that I didn't understand but he was still being just as rude as ever. The conversation concluded with me being even more confused then when it began. And isn't that what we all want after consistently making the bad decision to stop by the casino that you have yet to win anything at since it opened despite the unfortunate amount you have put into it. But hey I don't ever expect something in return from any of these places. But after handing them over the money I have with truly nothing in return is it too much to ask for a little less disrespect upon walking out the door. If I can help it I won't go back there ever again.

Nice new casino opened right at the beginning of the pandemic - so not great timing! Owned by the Puyallup tribe. I’m not a gambler but I enjoy the food. It’s not expensive and quite good!

Come on Emerald Queen you could at least spread it out so the rest of us would think something in your establishment is run fairly. Everyone knows the "house" always has the advantage anyway.
