We are visiting in town saw this restaurant with great reviews and decided to come here. Online it states they are open until 10pm. To me that means you can walk in at 9:55 and still order food. But not here. We arrived at 9:40 and were turned away. We were told the kitchen was CLOSED!!! After driving 30 minutes!! VERY,VERY DISAPPOINTED ??. I have never had anything like this happen. It’s not like they were empty, there were people still eating. Needless to say, I can’t recommend this restaurant…

This is perhaps the 5th Farrelli's I've been to. Each has been excellent, this one included. The pizza is always superb in every respect.

We ordered several personal pizzas to go, so were not in the restaurant; just reviewing the pizza. Flavor was fine, but there was very little sauce and very, very little cheese. My sausage and pepperonis literally fell off the slices as I tried to eat it. Maybe as a Wisconsinite I’m spoiled by the abundance of cheese, but I was disappointed.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Farrelli’s Pizza that left a bad taste in my mouth. I placed an order for two pizzas, but when my delivery arrived, only one was included. Understandably frustrated, I called the restaurant to rectify the situation. However, the employee who answered the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, claiming they were too busy to deal with my issue. When I requested to speak to a manager, he initially refused and begrudgingly relented only after I insisted. The manager apologized for the employee's behavior, attributing it to their newness, but the overall experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It shouldn't take demanding better service to receive basic courtesy and attention to orders.
