This place is cold and dirty! Service was mediocre and the food was horrible! We ordered Pho and our veggies came in a sandwich bag! We were not offered water or proper utensils. We were given one napkin to share between the 2 of us. We had to switch tables 3 times to find the cleanest one. This place needs to be inspected by the health department on a regular basis!

The boy at the counter was a nightmare! But damn the food is very good! I think we interrupted the boys tik tok time or something he was rude and not very helpful at all! It was better to order from door dash lol

This place has one of the nastiest kitchens I've been inside of looked like spoiled food being used had bad smells before being cooked and watched her serve anyway. Everything filthy in kitchen. Heavy man was sleeping in the dining room on bed they sat up inside. I work in a lot of restaurants but this one is one of the most unsanitary places to go to. If you care about your health don't go here.

Fast Pho Teriyaki has sure declined in quality over the years. Orange chicken now is kind of hard and crunchy. Not a lot of meat under the breading. I wish they went back to their old recipe. Chicken teriyaki is good. Prices went up quite a bit as well. They're open late which is great. The inside is still set up as takeout only.

Listen... Food delivery services have gotten so much of my money after becoming a mom of THREEE. Sometimes, I just don't feel like cooking dinner and handy dandy food delivery apps are right there at the tip of my fingers and then it's right at my door! Doesn't take too much convincing for me.We decided to order from Fast Pho Teriyaki because it was later at night and the only other spots open were fast food spots. We wanted to try and be a littttllleee healthier than that. In the end I'm not sure how much healthier it was because I got an orange chicken bowl and my boyfriend got the general tso's chicken bowl. That said, both bowls were sooo good. The orange chicken was great flavor, chicken was cooked perfectly, and the fried rice was delicious.We'll definitely order from here again in the future! I'm curious about the pho as well... That's next!

Perfect take out spot. Starving late night? They are a winner every time. Large portions, great flavors, ready very quickly. Their fried rice has almost a smoky flavor which sets it apart from others.

I ordered combo fried rice 2 orders of it and I got one and the one I got had no shrimp or pork or chicken in it just dam rice and vegetables like really then I called and the man who answered was rude ash n he hung up on me

My husband and I have been coming here since they opened. We like to support our local businesses as much as possible. The teriyaki is ok. The pho is what we usually order. Prices are high, even for beverages. And they charge you if you want any type of sauce. Ambiance is lacking. We never have eaten there and the parking lot is trashy/unkempt. Anyway, the service is usually good. But now the son is the one we have been dealing with the last 4 times we have been there. And he has no social skills or manners. I called in tonight to order our usual large raw beef pho and he abruptly scolds me and says "we don't have large or small anymore!" I said "ok". Then he asked so what do you want? I said raw beef pho. He said "ok 15 minutes"! I said thank you he says you're welcome. My husband went to pick up the order and the kid is swearing with a family there. Looks at my husband and acts annoyed he's there and says Yeah??! He is so rude. We decided to cancel our order. And never return. The kids gonna run this business into the ground. He never has said thank you to us. Or shows any appreciation for our business. So yes, We will no longer support this local business.

Employee treats you like garbage. We used to go here often for takeout. The food is mostly good but prices on some items seem ridiculously high, especially drinks.The Ma and Pa that seem to run this place are reasonably friendly and courteous but the younger employee (I think he is their son) always acts annoyed that we are there. He is extremely curt. We always say "hello" to him and he typically looks at us like we are scum and says something to the effect of "what do you want?" In an annoyed tone. When we get our food, we always say "thank you!" and he disregards us. Sometimes we say "THANK YOU." again to make a point and then he lazily says "your welcome". I guess he thinks us doing business with them, is him doing us a favor. The last time I went in there to pick up my order he dropped something behind the counter and was swearing, saying, " F--k..F--k... F--k...." as he struggled to pick it up. He never said hello to me or acknowledged me. After he sifted through some tickets he looked at me and said, "YEAH??" In an annoyed tone and gave me a dirty look. At that point I cancelled my order and told him he should treat his customers better. I will not give a business money that treats me like crap. You guys need to train your son in the basics of customer service and courtesy if you want to put him behind the register.

Great late night spot. The spicy pho is hard to beat if you're in east Tacoma after midnight.
