Came in on a quiet Sunday and was NOT disappointed. For a little hole-in-the-wall burger joint, I was more than impressed.The service was quick and kind, and the manager came to check on us personally as well. The food though... Holy moly. I haven't had a burger and fries like that in what felt like a lifetime.I will absolutely be here again... And again...

Fantastic burger! Fresh meat and toppings, perfectly prepared, the fries are crispy outside, fluffy inside, and the strawberry shake was thick and flavorful.It's not a place to go for ambiance - no frills, but clean and well stocked.

I hate to say it but this place has been at the end of my street (a street I've lived on for over 25 years) and we have given it a try about 4 or 5 times in the last decade alone....its sadly ALWAYS the same experience for us: anything that is fried is either wayyyy over fried (tater tots that are a dark brown and you almost break a tooth trying to eat) or raw (3 piece fish....small one over cooked larger two translucent). Sadly its clear they just don't know how to fry efficiently since this is the same story everytime we try. Would be nice to report differently, as given their easy proximity to us, we would frequent much more but last night's visit is the last for us.

Always get the regular burger with fresh onions instead of sauteed and ask for my fries crispy sometimes they undercook them

The good!: Hole in the wall place, fresh meat, no garbage in it! Tastes amazing. I had the Tom Thumb and devoured it before even thinking of taking a pic! Whoops. Hubby had bacon cheeseburger, kids had kids cheeseburgers, two of mine were able to share. I also got onion rings because they were out of tots. The Onrings are battered in a crumb type breading which isn't my favorite compared to batter but they were super tasty and crispy! Fast friendly service- Ok here's the bad: the place kindof looks like it's falling apart. Peeling chipping paint, dirty walls and floors, boxes shoved under tables, and the bathroom was one that you try and hover over rather than sit on the seat. (You need a key to go around the back of the building to the bathroom) ALL IN ALL, I would come back here. Just needs some cosmetic work. :) great burgers!! Oh ps I also ordered a chocolate malt-! Super yummy. A bit thin but at least I could get it through my straw!!

Overall they serve a good burger. I typically get the Chuck Norris and it's hot. Like a 4 out of 5 hot. The atmosphere is okay along with the service. They are a great place to mix it up when it comes to burgers in Tacoma. The tater tots are on point and crisp as can be. It's not the best burger in Tacoma but in the top 12. Give them a try.

One of the better burger places in Washington.. great mom and pop shop along with the fast service, nicely priced and a great value. The meat was nicely seasoned, thick patties. I got a double and was overly full, and they give you a lot of fries!!

We ate here last night and I can't wait to go back! The burgers are made with fresh ground steak. The bacon blue cheese was fabulous, cant wait to try a milkshake. The chef chatted us up about how proud he was that he grinds his own beef.
