Placed an order online and when I arrived the order wasn't ready. I asked for a refund and they claim they can't see my order. I tried to request a refund from toast and they say contact the restaurant. They got me for a $14.00 smoothie, hope they go out of business.

I've not had a good acai bowl since New Jersey. I'm very picky about them so then I found this place out. This place is so good and has been consistent from the few times I've been there. I will definitely be coming back more if I'm around the area! I get the acai bowl with the loaded option. It is definitely on the sweeter side but that may be because of the honey. It's definitely worth it! If you get one you can definitely split it between two people just because of how large it is! Staff has been friendly whenever I came in, but I've also only ordered pickup so far. I unfortunately didn't take pictures because of how good it was.

This place is very cute and the food tasted good, however, I found 2 pieces of plastic in my smoothie and so did my friend I went with. They were very hard thick pieces of plastic and im not sure what happened but it was very off putting and I dont think ill be back.

I will always go out of my way to go to Gather. The juices are always fresh and the food is delicious, especially the chipotle avocado toast. Not sure what you guys put in it, but it’s seriously addicting! I’m always greeted when walking in and the service is fast & efficient. Prices are reasonable as well. I’ll always be a loyal customer!

Ordered a grain bowl and had anaphylactic shock due to cashew. There is not cashew listed in the description of the food. However; the sauce is a CASHEW based sauce. This is lack of transparency is unacceptable and unsafe. When I called to confirm the ingredients, the staff didn’t seem to be very concerned and did not offer to refund me.
Dietary restrictions: They do not have good practices around allergens. Do not recommend if you have any dietary restrictions.
