Do yourself a favor and skip this place. I don't know what happened, but it's really gone down hill since the last time I was here 2 years ago! I ordered the Philly Deluxe and it looked like greasy hamburger with a few pieces of peppers, barely any onions and a scant amount of cheese which all stuck to the wrapper! RIDICULOUS !! Only ate a few bites, had no flavor and far too greasy! I added some subpar coleslaw and a fountain drink for a grand total of 26 BUCKS ‼️🤢 I could have gone to the grocery store and bought myself the ingredients to make myself a far better lunch!

First time at the new Tacoma location, kind of wish there was inside seating, but still great food.

Ordered two originals with whiz. One ended up overloaded with cheese whiz while the other, they forgot to put any… we waited about 25 minutes for two cheese steaks that seemed like a sandwich that had unseasoned ground beef with cheese whiz. We were looking forward to eating here but it was very underwhelming. Only 3 tables so expect to either eat standing or in your car.

This place used to be great place few years back. Now is full of teenagers who have no customer service skills and who are always eating over the counter while working. Which is kinda gross when handling food. Overall food is still decent. I would still recommend this place though.

Food is great at both locations literally my favorite weekly chicken wing spot for over two years now I just wish the customer service at the tTacoma location wasn’t so ify, some days it’s half decent some days it’s just plain horrible. I was told today to “hold on” while in the middle of ordering ordering so the cashier could finish his text message then again when he was texted back so he could check his phone. Plus every other time I during the week I can order and pay for flats it’s an option you can visually see when I inputted into the register yet today I couldn’t I could have mostly flats in my two orders yet I got one flat in each box and crappy service 🤦🏻‍♀️ may just have to start driving to the Lakewood location or start looking for a new wing spot

💯 on the food. Customer service could be a little better. Maybe engaging with the customer more so they feel like there guests. Also not making people stand at the window without sp long without communication.

Really good cheesestakes and fries. We waited a long while for our order but was worth it. The garlic fries are a little less than stellar fresh garlic would be needed for them to be called garlic fries.

If you're from the Northeast, and you're missing a great sub, grinder, or cheesesteak, Go Philly will bring you back. The food is fresh, they put tons of meat on your sandwich, and you'll be transcended back to Philadelphia, or South Jersey. The fries are freshly cut, like they do at the Jersey Shore, and the breads taste freshly made. The service is friendly, and they are quick with your order.

I got the supreme philly and it was good but pretty dry. It doesn't come base with mayo, which I didn't expect and would definitely recommend adding. They have few small tables outside and a small parking lot there.

Woman gave me sass when I ordered, so please do better. I ordered garlic fries she gave me normal. And I ordered Swiss burger. And asked me what cheese I wanted. I wanted Swiss cheese, like it said on the burger. Like what? It’s too expensive as well.

We also got cheese and chicken fries, they were terrible.

I went specifically for their hush puppies, and they didn’t disappoint. They were the best hush puppies I’ve ever eaten. I also got the cheesecake and banana pudding, which were also delicious

Good food, good service, good atmosphere, good value for your money. They are not stingy when it comes to the meat or cheese that goes on Philly. There is a wide variety of food to choose from. There are chicken wings, cat fish, fries, and drinks ( non alcohol). The menu is large.

There were three tables with chairs outside to sit at; keep in mind that it is a place to place your order in the drive thru or at the front window. So if you are expecting to sit and dine inside, this is not the place.

Another thing is that i have food allergies and when I eat out I sometimes have to ask that my food be made separately. I appreciated that the lady who took my order did not roll her eyes nor become annoyed when I asked about the knife that was cutting my Philly sandwich. I recommend this eatery very highly.
