Ava is very rude. Her unprofessionalism is appalling. I was told of a restaurant policy that wasn't listed or voiced for an order placed last night with one of the items not being prepared correctly. When I asked where it was listed, she told me that it isn't. I was asking her a question over the phone and she told me she's not going to argue with me and that they're very busy right now. If she can't handle customers or questions she shouldn't be answering phones. Also it isn't fair to implement a policy without properly informing the customers. We don't work there. How are we supposed to know. Also the young man taking the orders last night was very friendly but extremely distracted. He was taking orders while pausing several times to text on his phone. This was a horrible experience. Not the norm but enough to be done. No customer deserves to be spoken to the way Ava speaks to customers.

I happened to be in Tacoma today with my family for the train show at the History Museum. The young lady working the window was amazing! The service she provided was polite and excellent. On top of that, the Philly sandwiches were great! If I lived closer, I would certainly be a regular visitor at Philly Go.

Man I was so excited to get a Philly I’ve been here before, I ordered waited 20 minutes finally got my order. Mouth was watering on the way home. Took my first bite all gristle. I thought to myself ok that bite is a fluke. Ate the sandwich and the full size, it’s was half gristle. That’s a terrible experience. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve never had gristle in a Philly before, but this was egregious. I know places are cutting back, but I’ll never return. Lol they gave me a gristle sandwich. Shame.

26 min to get one sandwich one fry, food was overpriced and basic, Cajun fries wayyyyy to salty…for a walk up spot you would think it would be quicker and more economical but it wasn’t !

The Pepper Steak and Harlem chopped cheese are some of the best sandwiches in town. I’d try other items on the menu but these are so good I can’t stop re-ordering them. The food quality is amazing and piping hot. I have to assume that every item on their menu is of the highest quality. Go Philly has some of the best customer service you will receive. They are polite, kind, helpful, friendly, and professsional. I spelled professsional with three s’s because they are that wonderful! ? get down to Go Philly and try them out. You are missing out if you don’t. I would add a picture but once I open the wrapper of the sandwich I ordered it’s like Christmas morning. I’m too excited to wait a minute longer to take a picture because I’m too busy hammering down the deliciousness in front of me! Thank you Go Philly and God bless!

My online order took 45min, which I was ok with. Two phillys, bread sandwich with a very small piece of fish and 10 PC wings
with two extra sauces came to $72. Mind you no fries. I am very upset about the fish sandwich that barely had fish and to top it off one of the sauces was not in the bag. I called at least four times to report my order but of course there was no answer. Very disappointed ?

Food was great. It's an order-at-the-window establishment. Would be nice to have some outdoor seating. There seemed to be enough room for it, but no options that I could see. I highly recommend it.

Just need a real Philly roll

So I DoorDashed this order. Rating is on food quality only. Craving a Philly Cheesesteak and my normal go to spot was closed. I was pleasantly surprised with this location. Texture and flavor of meat were good. Bread was hard to tell because of DoorDash (juices soaked into bread) but I imagine fresh would have been delightful. Delivery rating 4 star...enough to motivate me go to the location and try it out and see how customer service is. I will updated after I physically visit this location.

The place is very small with not a lot of parking so plan accordingly. The food is made to order, so don't think you will be in and out in five minutes ?. The food is good ? those fries were on point. I had the lunch special which is a great Value and just enough food. I would have liked more cheese and onion and seasoning. But everything reheated nicely when I got home which is a win in my book. I would 9 out of 10 recommend.

I love their cheesesteaks! We usually go for the mushroom & steak with Provalone. Their fries and onion rings are solid. And their hushpuppies are the only ones I've really liked. I love that they offer curbside pickup & they always make sure we get everything we need. 100% recommend!
