The food itself was good, and the kids that were working were nice. First strike was when my husband ordered a beer and was informed that no one on staff was old enough to serve alcohol, on a Friday night. It was not super busy when we were there and one of our items was forgotten, when I returned to the counter to ask about it I saw the crew enjoying their own snacks in the back which tells me they were not busy. The entire time we were there, tables had not been cleared. Right before we left, they rolled the cart out to begin bussing the tables. We were there for nearly an hour, surrounded by dirty tables in a restaurant that appeared to have employees that could have taken care of this at any time (I have spent two decades in this industry and I am confident in my judgement of this). I counted 6 tables that had remained dirty for an extended period of time. For the cost of our order, we would have expected a better experience. While the food was good and the crew was cordial and inviting, the atmosphere and overall vibe were not. The likelihood that our family will be returning is very low. Also one of the game machines just took money and didn’t work.
We have ordered pizza occasionally over the years from here and it’s good pizza. However, the last time we called to order a pizza, it was 8:10pm they close at 9pm, we were told they couldn’t complete are single pizza carry out order because they were out of large pizzas. If anyone can make that make sense please do. I used to be a waitress and I have a hard time believing that 50min before closing is too late to order a single pizza for pick up. I know they didn’t right out say it was too late to order but how is a pizza establishment only out of large pizzas when they make them to order as in they are not pre-maid costco or Little Cesar Pizzas. Anyway, they lost a customer because that was weird.

It's hard to find good pizza without going back in time, but godfathers on pac-ave might just be the little portal back in time I was looking for. The pizza has taste and flavour that can only be described as experiencing your first slice of pizza back in the 90s they have a tried and true method that's been around for years!
Vegetarian options: Very accommodating to all sorts of diets just let wm know and they will come up with a solution
Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly i recomend bringing em in and letting them play on the claw machines!

I grew up eating Godfather's Pizza when they were all over and always loved their pizza. Very disappointed when they left Port Orchard about 8 years ago. But I made the trek to Spanaway for the true Godfather's Pizza and was not disappointed. I ordered a half super taco and half super combo and I had leftovers for 2 days and lavished in pizza heaven! I will get down there again soon! Great pizza! The Best!

Worst filthy experience ever. So okay they no longer have a salad bar or lunch buffet so no problem ordered a pizza and a couple of salads and beverages. Picked out a table and went to the restroom. One stall was out of order the other wet and toilet paper everywhere. The urinal was so disgusting I did not flush it. I was difficult to dispence soap and the sink was slimed out beyond nasty. Could not get the crusty towel dispenser to give me a paper towel and had to wash again after touching that nasty thing. Had to use my cloths to dry off. Returned to my table then went to get a soda. I kid you not a customer was cleaning the soda dispenser because it was so filthy. He was putting the nozzles to the sodas in a red bucket trying to get a employee to clean them. I went to the register to get a refund for the beverages. The manager had to be called for the refund. He was confused about who and why someone was cleaning their machine. I told him about the restroom and he said he was aware. At this moment my son did not want to be there anymore so I asked for a refund. After receiving my refund the manager and other employee went the dispenser cursing and gripping. Probably 10 f bombs by the time I walked out. For having to get a code to go inside the restroom this filth was made by their customers and their employees. Never have I experienced a restroom like this in a restaurant. This overall experience was the absolute worst EVER.

This is the real deal! Godfathers pizza was delicious! Highly recommend. The place is a bit outdated; however, their pizza is definitely better than the other so called pizza places around. The service was outstanding which is a nice unexpected surprise! A must try.
