Pre ordered for dine in with a large party of people and the staff were great. They had the pizzas ready when we arrived and tables reserved. Food was great!

The food reminds me of an old western movie set, the buildings look authentic but there is no substance to them. The best pizza in the world back in 1996 was the godfather's Taco Pizza. That pizza does not exist today even at godfather's. I would liken this restaurant to Uncle Rico, trying to hold on to a once glorious past, but not doing anything to improve it's standing in the present. The prices are high, the service is bad, the building is dark, and the food is subpar. I asked for no onion but at olives and they charged me for the olives, traditionally this should have been a substitution. Question, is customer service dead in America?

EDIT: 3-16-24I’m trying really hard to support this place. While the food quality is pretty good, and the staff here is trying hard, two things really bug me.1. Lighting and decor. Not enough light to see to eat, and cold general interior. It sucks.2. Anyone with a brain has seen kitchen impossible and other restaurant reality shows. If one point they make the strongest is that pizza is one of the least expensive foods to make. So please explain to me how a medium taco pizza can cost 32 bucks? No friggin way is this sustainable. I love the pizza but it’s hard to love paying at least double what this pie is worth.I’ve tried to be supporative. I’ve visited other locations back east and none have this vibe or price. You can even view their menus online. I don’t get it. Please don’t force me to stop coming. Do better. Bring prices reasonable, create an inviting place with good lighting and vibe, and make people want to come hang out and eat pizza, drink beer, etc.( Check out Shakeys in Renton or Round table Burien as good examples of awesome experiences )OLD POST:I’ve been coming here over 6 years and frequenting godfathers for over 30 years. Many things have improved since the transition of the new owner, some still need work. I appreciate the taco pizza has been getting done correctly, but the chicken cordon bleu pizza was cheap and lacking much topping or sauce.I was here with 7 friends. 2 large pizzas, several premade salads, and garlic cheese bread and cheese sticks. With drinks we easily spent 125.00 or more and generally were happy.Aside from the kinda cheap feeling effort on the chicken pizza, the only other issues were simple. The remodel is nice, lighting makes it very not friendly feeling, and it was physically cold, very cold. Even after mentioning to the very nice gentleman, no effort was made to warm the place up. Also the metal chairs suck. Please rethink this.I’m a supportive customer, and very much appreciate the effort to remodel, but you have to add lighting, use warmer colors, and make it feel more inviting. Try heat also. While the remodel is great, and you put lots of money into it, why add the buffet equipment at the counter, if your not ever gonna use it? Also, people used to come in for the fairly decent salad bar, several did while we were there and were audibly disappointed when they realized premade salad in a box was the only option. Even this would have been good if there was any effort made beyond the most basic salad fixings. No olives, no peppers, not much beyond the basics. I think your missing some key bits. Please consider visiting your competitors in the area and raising the bar a bit.I’m out of words. You need to make this a place that has a warm vibe, inviting, and don’t make it seem like your going cheap on everything. Give alittle. Get the buffet goin, be inclusive and not nickel and dime the small stuff.

Pizza was great as it should be. Service was good. Place was pretty dirty Plates left on tables For absolutely no reason wasn't like there is anybody there. And let's not even mention the bathroom. My lady said she wouldn't even sit on the toilet seat.lolPS. Don't forget to ask if they have taco sauce before you order the taco pizza.

I'm biased I love godfathers pizza. Best quality of all the chains near me. This post is over a year old, and quality of service, atmosphere, and professionalism is severely lacking. Ordered twice since the beginning of the '24 year, and twice the order was wrong. 1st time they made a combo, instead of a super, the the place was completely empty aside from the shift manager, and 2 employees I could see, she made me the correct pizza for free, even though I would have been satisfied with a free beverage, or something else to make up for the more expensive charge. The next time again, they made the wrong pizzas, this time they were busy, but they could have easily explained that over the phone, and took the time to get my order correct, so I wouldn't have wasted time driving there, and would have had to wait longer for them to correct THEIR mistakes. I spoke clearly on the phone, and confirmed what was ordered, so I can't understand why this is happening. I hope the owners see this, I don't like to give bad reviews, but lately it seems the employees don't care. Save from the one shift manager, who went up and above to get my order correct.

We ordered a giant taco pizza. The food was undercooked, and it tasted awful. We noticed that the pizza was very doughy so we asked for a refund, unfortunately they were’t able to give us our money back. Just remade our pizza again. The next pizza we chose didn’t taste good either. Only their dessert pizza is good. We will NEVER be returning here again. Only the Godfather’s Pizzas in Wenatchee & Portland are good. Lesson learned!!! In addition it was an extremely long drive to get here to this location

The pizza was burned to a crisp. I asked for another pizza that was cooked correctly. Waited 30 minutes. The 2nd pizza was burned too! They said they would try a 3rd time but I gave up. And then they acted out off that I wanted my money back!!! Unbelievable.

Burnt food. Paid $150 and excused me a ranch dressing for my potatoes. I got no free sauce with my purchase. They need to include 1 sauce with potatoes at least. Food was gross too!!!!

The mini arcade was cool... but it was a hassle cuz they only take 20$dollar bills even if your bill is 50 they won't take a 50 .. it was a while ordeal n the pizza was OK for almost 60$ for 2 medium pizzas n the "deep dish" I asked for was not even close to being a deep dish at
