I’ve been a loyal customer of this coffee stand since their opening on 10/23, (PARKLAND LOCATION IN THE SAARS MARKETPLACE PARKING LOT) often visiting daily—sometimes multiple times a day. In just 55 days, I’ve spent approximately $500 digitally at this location, not including cash payments. That’s roughly 60 drinks I’ve purchased, always paying and tipping well.
The baristas have generally been great, and I’ve enjoyed my interactions—until this week. One of the less friendly baristas informed me that I was no longer welcome to take my business there. When I reached out via email for clarification, I was told there were “concerns about complimentary drinks and loyalty points.” This claim is completely unfounded, as my expenditures clearly prove otherwise.
They’ve had to remake my drink maybe twice due to overuse of club soda, which they acknowledged and offered to fix. On a few occasions, my loyalty points didn’t register on the app. I didn’t complain; I simply inquired about it, and the barista said she’d follow up, which I appreciated. However, during my next visit, I was abruptly informed that not only would they not make the drink I was trying to pay for, but I was no longer welcome as a customer.
I’m incredibly disappointed and embarrassed by how I was treated after being such a loyal customer. I’ll gladly take my hard-earned money to other local small businesses that truly value their customers. If you’re looking for a coffee stand with integrity and respect for loyal patrons, I suggest you do the same.

There is a barista at their newest location on pacific Avenue who found me on social media and reached out to me to try and convince me to leave the stand I frequent where she used to work and come to this new stand of good vibes and only come see her at good vibes. The only reason I want to leave this review is because she wants me to tell others and defame the stand I support. Which I will not. The stand I support is a single stand and run by a hard-working woman. It's extremely unprofessional and makes me wonder how many others she has tried to do this to and it doesn't give good vibes at all. I wouldnt think that a company with as many locations at G.V. needs to try and poach customers from a small business.

Iv been here on and off with friends and famlie that live out here. They always make amazing drinks, iv had there pink lotus drink, iv tried random Coffees off there menu, the whole nine yards. This stand and there baristas are killing it!!! I haven't had a bad drink yet, and that's saying something, I'm a picky ass person lol There are two baristas i know by name that have served me and I couldn't ask for a better customer client interactions there alway happy, in good spirits, and professional Kayla, kaytlen big shout out to them and the other girls who are in there I'm sure killing it just as hard 👏👏❤️🥰
It's definitely not the best tasting coffee option, making the higher price dismaying.
