I joined the galaxy club for $9.99 per month. Everything was working great then 1 day I wasn't able to get my code to get into my account for approximately 1 month. It started to work and then the website was down for a very long time. Then it was up and running. I tried to place an order for pickup and I should have had my free coffee but it said I had to pay for it. I cancelled my subscription in early February and you took out $9.99 for February and now I see you took out $9.99 out of my account for March 2024. I am very very upset and and can't get anywhere. I call corporate and it is constantly busy. I guess I am going to have to stop payment through my bank. I believe I should be refunded for 5 months. So disappointed and frustrated.

My coffee is always made exactly as I ordered. I don't think ever once have I had to ask them to remake it or adjust it. The girls are always friendly as well! And you definitely need to go buy their gift cards when they are doing their sale it is amazing!!!

Disorganized, could not keep the details of our order straight. Ended up with drinks that didn't taste very good and still had multiple errors, even after clarifying more than once. The staff was friendly, but did not seem very good at taking drink orders or making coffee. There are plenty of better drive-thru coffee options nearby that I'd much rather visit.

I just got a mocha coffee the service was great the coffee was good not too hot but just right and the batista was fast too the place was very clean and the prices not to bad I recommend thus place very much fast and friendlyKid-friendliness: Sure they have drinks for kids too

Not coming to the Tacoma/parkland location ever again. 4 cars I front of me and was in line over 30minutes. Absolutely ridiculous…I don’t see why there isn’t anyone outside taking orders before people pull up to the window? Or why there walk up side isn’t converted to another drive through… someone needs to fix something here.

First time at gravity, the wait time was super long compared to what Starbuck usually is and the white mocha wasn't anything special.Can't say I was impressed. But maybe there was staffing issues since I only saw two employees. Giving them the benefit of the doubt since that's all I saw.

Coffee was delicious but you can't order until you get up to the one window they have. We were in line 30 min. There was only one batista. She was so nice so not blaming her at all

They always burn their coffee. It really sucks! The only thing I can get here now are their over priced energy drinks. And they always have a super long line with not so great customer service.

Nasty! The 3+ foot tall weeds all over this property tells you how much they care about making sure the place is clean. It is like ordering coffee at the dump! This company also switches labels on products. If you actually care about what you are consuming, beware! Totally dishonest & unethical business practices and lousy management! I will give my future business to those who respect the customer and deserve it.
