Stopped here from out of town around 5:30pm. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the service was great, absolutely nothing wrong there. The barista was lovely and very quick to get my order, but the coffee was disgusting. I got a stirred caramel macchiato and it tasted like the bottom of a coffee pot after sitting for 8 hours; burnt, bitter, and stale. I hope the rest of their coffee drinks don’t taste like that but I won’t be going back to find out.

I would like to leave a comment specifically of the Gravity Coffee Center street location. I go there almost everyday, I see new faces once in awhile, but mostly familiar, but they all are extreamly kind, hard working, professional. Very genuine characters and kind staff, what a great team. I'm not sure who does the hiring, but they have great judgment of character. I go there so much I feel like they are a family member 🤣 a nice atmosphere and they pour out positive energy.I LIVE YOU GUYS 🩵🤟✌️💪

I only order the CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE, so I couldn't tell you much about other drinks. My main reason for this post is to show my appreciation to the employees. These girls are always very nice and every single one of them ask you how's your day or what are your plans for the day. I'm a regular customer, and some of the girls see me in line and have my order ready as I pull up the line. They genuinely are awesome people. ALL LOCATIONS ALL FRIENDS. TY
