Me and my sister had no phone service and got lost in Tacoma and thought that this was the location that was doing free drinks/cheap drinks and we asked them about it. They said no it’s the other one they gave me directions and we’re very nice and patient And told me three places that had free Wi-Fi that I could stop by to get location if I wasn’t able to understand their directions or not If it weren’t for the mission, me and my sister, I definitely would’ve got drinks there. They were amazing. I would recommend this location

I’ve been going to this Gravity location near Wright Park for 7-8 months. I get a 16oz Hyperspace but I add 1 shot of regular(dark) espresso. This drink is awesome!! Natalie made my drink tonight and I was completely impressed it was a perfect blend!! Usually I go in the morning and Peyton always rocks!! She’s consistently on point. Thank you ladies for doing an excellent job!!

I’d give them zero stars if that was an option. The employees were very dismissive, didn’t get my order right at all, and was very low stock on many of their products and drink options. I would not go to this location again and I recommend the same for anyone else.

I ordered Decaf and mentioned this twice but they must have given me real coffee because it is now 4 hours later and I feel sick and have major jitters. I should have confirmed that it was decaf before I left even though I told her twice. Decaf never does what I am feeling right now. I have had decaf from this place before with no problem. 😟😟

I was just there like 15 min ago and the experience was terrible. I pull up and I’m getting stared at with puppy eyes begging to be set free from their misery. (Negative aura) if you don’t like your job find a new one. Ngl I was already in a bad mood this morning but those poor miserable employees made it worse. I get to the door and it’s locked. Not that big of a deal but when they get to the door to unlock it, it’s not opened for me, no apology, no welcome in. I got no warm welcome. I felt like I was interrupting their misery. Anyway I order a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso and they don’t have drown sugar. (Not a big deal). I ask what’s closest to it and they are dumb founded. Just miserable stares to one another. I’m done with this environment so I walk out and one of them starts to shout “WOOOOWWWWW” “OKKKKKAYYYYYYY” like come one girl we all got the vibe you didn’t want to work today. Don’t antagonize me. Terrible experience.

Cashier is racist! Act like she owns this country. Picked up a doordash delivery and charging me 2 dollars for a drink carrier. Telling me to carry the 3 orders with my 2 hands. P.s to the owner do not invest with this kind of employee it will ruin your business.
