This is my favorite gravity location! The girls working here are always so sweet. My last time in, I was greeted by Sam who was so friendly and enthusiastic which really turned my bad day around. I’ll definitely be back and tell my friends!

The baristas at this location are the best. No matter how busy they are they make sure to take time to say hi and chit chat for a few seconds. The ladies are always so friendly and kind. My drinks are always consistent and made perfectly. I appreciate the little things the ladies do to show the customers they care too - like making their regular drink when they see their car in line or saving their gift card with their name when accidentally forgotten ❤️

I ordered a drink through the website at 7pm because I didn't know about this location. DoorDash said I can pick it up here and I arrived at about 7:30ish to it locked up and no employees in sight. I had to bang on the windows for 15 minutes to get the attention of the barista who was hiding in the back, and who also didn't apologize for making me wait.

Tacoma Downtown is where it’s at if you’re looking for white coffee. I’m always switching it up between the ones on the menu but go here and try a white on white with orange!! So good!

I spent $7 on an Americano. So disappointing I got three sips of coffee and that's it! It was all ice. The girl making my drink filled it with so much ice I couldn't get the straw threw the cup and had to throw out some ice before taking my three sips of coffee.
My go to spot on the way to work. Staff is friendly, drink are yummy!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Sam and Payton were so nice! When I came to the window I could tell immediately that Sam had the same love for horses that I do just by looking at her. While my drink was being prepared that is ALL we talked about. Definitely will be back soon. My drink was absolutely delicious too!!
