I ordered two coffees, but Im currently walking with a cane, so I asked for a drink carrier. They told me I needed to buy a third drink or pay extra for the carrier… lol if that’s not ableist as heck. So carry a carrier that’s heavier with one hand, or pay extra… I definitely think they should go back to the drawing board when it comes to policies, and maybe take people who are disabled in to consideration.

Zero signs stating no walk ups during dark. Barista made eye contact with me while I'm waiting behind a car and smiles, I wait for 5+ minutes in freezing cold due to hospital coffee stand being shut for her to tell me no walk ups and close the window on me. 0/5 if I could.

I'm work for a food delivery company. I went to Gravity Coffee in downtown Tacoma off of Division & 2nd. I was there to pick up an order with 2 drinks. I asked the girl in the drive thu for a drink carrier. I was shocked when she told me I would have to pay for it unless I was picking up 4 drinks. So if this company is hurting for cash this much maybe they should close down. Me personally will never order anything from this company & and I will tell all my friends and family not to either. Been here around 5 times, have gotten both coffee and their energy drinks. Their energy drinks are good but I would not recommend the coffee (I am the kind of person who likes to taste the coffee though) the price is wayyyy more than any other coffee stand both chain or local, which I would be okay with if the drinks were better but sadly they are not. I would definitely support a local coffee stand (or even Dutch Bros) instead for better drinks and better prices. The service is always super kind though!

I am a daily buyer of Gravity coffee and the girls that I always see told me to come by on my birthday (today) for a free drink. I roll out of bed and I go to the stand and I don’t have my wallet on me but I do have a shirt that says “ITS MY BIRTHDAY” and she makes me go back home to get my wallet to prove it’s my birthday. You’ve got to be kidding me. On my birthday I drove back home to get my wallet and prove to the lady it’s my birthday over a 6 dollar cup of energy drink. I’m never coming back and I’m pissed I wasted all my money there. Don’t waste your time here. Trash.

great coffee location, the baristas are always friendly and take a lot of care making their orders and connecting with customers. However I do not like that management only has one barista scheduled in the morning before 9 am! This location is super convenient but I often see cars leaving the cue because there is only one barista working! one barista before 9 am? like what? No fault to the baristas, they are working so hard.
