The coffee is decent but the baristas are in need of additional training. Most of them have no sense of urgency, even when there is a huge line of cars, they’re disorganized and frequently forget a part of my order, and one time I sat at the window for several minutes while 3 of them were complaining about a previous customer.
I normally don’t care that much about this kind of stuff, but lately this unprofessionalism has been the reason why it takes forever to get my order and I’m over it

I love the fact that Gravity started in Western Washington! They DON’T burn their beans during roasting. The flavor combinations and variety of drinks are unsurpassed!
I frequent six locations and everything is consistent. I gave up consuming sweet baked goods but prior to that decision the muffin tops and I had a special relationship.
Gravity rewards loyalty with “Free Drinks” that I forget until one of the friendly baristas informs me. They provide discounts to military and law enforcement. Gravity does all the right things!

This is the slowest, least planned out, worst located stand. They are understaffed, over priced and slower than molasses. They have one girl working on Friday at noon and it’s taking here ten minutes per drink per car, god forbid you order more than one drink. They are out of half of there supplies and can’t make drinks, and the girl working is wearing a mask by herself, this stand is a joke, because if it I will never go to another Gravity coffee.

This is my home Gravity I come so much I decided to get the galaxy membership which comes with 10% off each drink I asked if she could input my discount due to the app not working and she flat out told me no I explained how the other gravity I go to does it because they are aware the app doesn’t work for every customer and she still refused with an attitude and then proceeded to close the door to what I assume talk badly I’m sorry but I pay $10.00 monthly for the discount and for you to refuse seems bad for the brand light skin chick don’t know her name
3rd and last time I patronize this place. Each time the service is horrible, prices are high and the drinks I’ve tried are horrible. Last one was a med. chocolate banana shake for $9.16 and came out nothing like the picture. I was asked if I wanted whip and drizzle and I said yes but didn’t get it. I included a pic of the menu and what I got. Also has a strange metallic taste that makes it not very good.

Every time we come back home to WA, we always go to Gravity Coffee for our drinks. This newer location is a hit or miss (based on who made the drink). The Asian young lady made our delicious drinks correctly. However, the blonde who took our order made the frappe taste so bad. 32oz/$10 + $2 tip in the garbage. My fiancé didn’t want to turn around to get a new one and I’m bitter just like this drink.
5 stars if they knew how to treat humans ?
Over $8 for a 16 oz coffee.... Never again
