What a fantastic place This is in great customer service and good coffer. It's easy to access. Really nice people.Lots of room to park handicap.Accessory, love it. GravityCoffee is all over the place.They need more stores.They are much better than starbucks. Take it from us.This is the place to go to, get your coffee.

2 days in a row, 2 simple 16oz Americanos made wrong. If it was at least wrong in the same way I'd somewhat understand. Last time I go to this location. I'll have to think about dropping a few hundred dollars on gift cards next time.

Crappy service girl had bad attitude it was snowing hard truck in front of me left so I said how about we pull up and get you out of the snow and stop getting snow in my car then she got an attitude and just went inside and didn't take our order someone else did then they even got the cream de mint mocha wrong

This is one of the worst coffee's I've ever had. Extremely bitter. I've taken 3 sips and want to spit it out each time. Sorry this is my 1st time here and I don't like there coffee. The only reason I gave it a star it made me so I could post otherwise 0 stars... Only positive were the ladies were nice.

So. They had a great big sign in their window with a holiday special of 50% off their gift cards. Through today. We made a special trip to this store. Sorry. We’re out of cards. Really? They’ll add to my existing card. Which was at home. How about I pay for it and you add it to my card tomorrow? No. Won’t do that either. Okay. You should probably take your sign down. Bad business. I would have spent a lot of money there it’s right by my house. Sorry. I probably won’t go back.
