I walked in there today 02/01, 5 minutes ago. it was already 10:12, i kindly asked if they were open because it says they’re open AT 10 and it’s 12 minutes after, and she’s still opening the gate and she used hand gestures for me to look around and said in a disrespectful way they weren’t yet. Time stamp is wrong they do not open at the time they are supposed to, and or the opener is not responsible enough to open on time!! i am a manager at the mall and my associates have been complaining about the openers being rude to my associates, and not even filling cups up. i went over there for the first time & was already caught disrespectful my first words being spoken & i haven’t even started ordering here and i won’t even try again! i turned around and walked away to take my business elsewhere. will not be recommending anyone around me this coffee shop if you don’t tolerate the disrespectful openers, but my team has said the closers are kind to them, but thankfully starbucks is around here.

2 days ago I ordered a drip coffee and tried to come back for a refill and was told that I had to use the app. I downloaded the app and today I ordered the coffee through it when it came back for a refill I was told they didn't know how to do that and it just had to be ordered on the app I looked on the app and saw nothing except I had to wait for rewards to get a refill on my drip coffee. Drip coffee is pretty inexpensive and should have at least one refill.

The peoplke in these reviews are spoiled brats good grief. This was my third experience ans its been consistenly good! Coffee is smooth with excellent flavor. The service is always kind and patient. Frankly its leaps above starbucks. The prices are reasonible for what you get to. Delughtful place.

Being from the NY area, I was happy to have a Gregorys to stop by while in Tacoma. Gregorys coffee is a great blend and not over roasted like a lot of PNW coffees. The double espresso was awesome and the iced latte was nice and strong without the bitterness of dark roasted coffees. The triple chocolate chip cookies are excellent! Hope they continue to expand!

I'm obsessed with this place. All of the cold brews are amazing, but the numint is my favorite drink of all time. I got a breakfast sandwich for the first time today and the bun was bagel-like without the hole in the middle. Absolute perfection.
The staff at the Tacoma Mall location is THE BEST. I will hear no slander of the names of anyone that works there. I've gone at different times, on different days, and every time the staff is fast, kind, and wonderful.

Where do I begin? It was like a series of unfortunate events all conspired at once I couldn’t believe it. Despite this place being open since May for some reason they don’t have a food safety rating, which is probably why I saw so many things wrong with this place outside of the obvious dust, flies, and overall filth and overpriced mediocre coffee. If you have serious food allergies DO NOT COME HERE! I watched an employee make a blended drink that they later called out as a “Peanut Pleaser” then proceeded to half ass rinse the blender and make another blended drink later called out as a triple fruit IN THE SAME BLENDER. Along with that carelessness about 20 minutes later I’m in the restroom, a separate employee from this same coffee shop walked out of the bathroom stall WITH OUT WASHING THEIR HANDS! I was in shock to see this happen in real time. The 2 star overall rating for this shop is too generous, there has to be some sort of accountability taken here.
If I could give less than one star I would My husband just asked for a mocha... Which is on the menu I checked..... When he asked the lady working at this location on a Saturday at 3:20 coldly told him we're not Starbucks we don't have mocha.... We left I don't think I've ever been treated so rudely just because he didn't want a Nutella drink she told him that we were polite and left polite.. never go here!!!!

Getting my food and coffee was a mess. There's no one there to ensure people are getting the correct orders, so there were probably about seven or eight people just grabbing whatever they thought was theirs.

One of the few places in the mall that requires you to sign up to receive a mall discount. I understand someone taking advantage of the system may cause some lost profits but to inconvenience all the employed people at the mall will lose sales as well. It feels as though they distrust their customers.

The website makes this place look super yummy and cute. I got the smashing pumpkin coldbrew and it was decent...but the breakfast sandwich was hardly even a real sandwich and it was tough and chewy. I should have looked at the reviews before but I did not. This may be a good spot for someone who is bopping around the mall, but it is not a good spot for a regular go to...
