Ordered the lunch special and it was rediculously small. Should've taken a pic. Teriyaki and sweet n sour chicken.This place isn't what it used to be! Good egg rolls. Owner/waitress didn't even ask if I wanted to water. They don't have tea while you're waiting. The food did come fast though.
I'm not a huge fan of terriyaki, so I was happy to be able to order my favorite Chinese dish. Food was good and cashier/hostess was very kind and accomodating.

My husband and I found this place when we lived on 6th Ave. in Tacoma. He says their sesame chicken is some of the best he has ever had. I have driven 30 min out of my way in order to get their egg drop soup and their combo meals are so good for the price. I think the value and quality plus the service here is absolutely amazing. If I lived closer we would probably get food from here once a month.

Was close by waiting for papers and saw this Teriyaki Restaurant and stopped in real quick for lunch.Ordered Teriyaki, Gyoza and a few other things.Everything came out hot, perfect as ordered and the restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly.Will I be a return customer. YES!Don't go by all reviews alone. Stop in and see for yourself, but don't hesitate to give them a try. My husband and I were very satisfied.

The food here is always great. Hana Teriyaki has the best Pho broth around.
Mongolian chicken tastes like...nothing. Sauce seems to be a mixture of sugar water and salt. Only vegetables were onions. Can't say I've ever had a blander meal. Only soap in the restroom was so watered down it ran through my fingers. I'm hoping that's not what the staff uses to wash their hands. I won't be back.

If it was possible to give this place no stars, I would. After speaking with them over the phone about placing the order the person on the phone was very rude. The order we received was not correct and when we tried to call and ask about a refund, we were cussed out and yelled at and were told we were the problem and when we arrived to get the refund they didn't even give us all our money back and were berated again.

Witnessed a black bug(roach) quickly crawlimg across the counter. The woman behind the counter pushed the bug aside and repeatedly denied the bug and said it was under the fingernail dirt. (Fingernail dirt dies NOT crawl). Eeww. I quickly canceled the transaction and WILL NEVER step foot inside this business. Not only did the woman deny the problem, she also purposely lied and gaslit what we both saw. Just no!
