As far as boba goes, it's less than average. The bathroom needed to be cleaned, the lobby needed to be swept and tables needed to be wiped down. They were out of boba for 30 minutes. I repeat, out of boba.. at a boba business. I'm going to attribute the lack of cleanliness and running out of the one thing people go there to get to the fact it was totally staffed by teenagers. I know teens gotta work, I was a working teen once but there needs to be some sort of management in this place. There was 1 customer in line when we got there, then us (2 drinks) and someone entered after we got our drinks. So, they aren't busy. No one sitting in the lobby. I guess better time management is in order. Otherwise the taro bits were really good and the mango bits. Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They had board games to play.

I ordered from the app and it said I would get notified when it was ready. After waiting 15 min and seeing that there were no other customers in the store, I decided to go in. My tea had been waiting there, warming up, for a while.I told the cashier that I was never told it was ready and she just ignored me.It was also the most insipid tea I’ve ever gotten from happy lemon. Only milk and sugar.

Became a tradition for our family to stop by and get some bubble waffles and bubble tea.
The service here is the worst. We were not greeted when we came in and were literally the only ones there standing in front of the register. The two individuals working looked like they didn’t want to be there and were absolutely rude! We will not be coming back here!

The boba here is excellent. I tried their salted cheese foam on their strawberry green tea and it was phenomenal. I was not prepared to love it and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and fast, and even though I got the drink to go, it seemed to be a place that would be fun to have a drink with a friend inside.
The drinks I get here taste fine but not $8 worth, barely any liquid, too expensive.

For a place that serves a lot of tea drinks. How can I not order a simple matcha smoothie? There are only two matcha blended drink options they gave me: Matcha avocado or Mango matcha. Neither sounded good to me. I asked for a matcha only blended drink and they said it was impossible. I ended up paying $8 for the mango matcha and it tasted like seaweed. (How hard is it to make a matcha drink, just take out the mango and voila I would have paid the same price for them to just take out the mango and give me a matcha drink?)Anyways, I love matcha and the grassy flavor it has but seriously.. My drink tasted like fresh out the ocean SEAWEED.Ive never been to a boba/smoothie shop that wouldn't make me a matcha only blended drink. Even Starbucks is better than this place for quality of matcha and price!!! (I never thought I'd say that last part but a $7 venti vs a $8 seaweed drink... Cmon now.) Next time I'm going to Bobalust which is right across the street.Also the girl at the register kept giving me looks like I was crazy when I was making my order, like she couldn't hear me but wasn't paying attention to me in the first place so I had to repeat myself multiple times. I saw other reviews where people had an issue with customer service so I guess if I read the reviews I wouldn't be surprised. They definitely need customer service training there.The only good part of my order was the bubble waffle which was pretty tasty. The sauce/cream for the waffle was $1.25 though which is pretty insane for a tiny cup of sugar paste that imo should be complimentary when you pay for a waffle. Overall the taste of the waffle and cream was really good though I won't be buying it again because of the cost. Not good enough for a 2 star rating either.Tldr: Expensive, I feel robbed. Low quality tasting drinks. If it's not on the menu, they won't customize or take any ingredients out of their menu drinks. Bubble waffle was the only decent thing in my order. Very disappointed.

I gave this place 3 tries and will probably won't come back. This time I ordered 1 drink and it took them forever to make it (20 mins for 1 drink, 2 people ahead) They had 4 workers. Instead of making in store orders they were doing online orders first.The worst is I ordered crystal boba, they charged me for crystal ($1) but gave me Lychee jelly (.75cents) see picture.

Service was a bit on the slow side, but reasonable since they were taking phone calls and others were busy, but when orders were finally taken was greeted with a smile and attentiveness. The store smelt sweet and yummy; tables could have been cleaned off for guests to sit but no biggie I cleared it off with a napkin. Overall, I ordered a mango smoothie with 100% sugar, and it was delicious. Love that you can adjust sugar percentages.
