First time for this Happy Teriyaki. They are destroying the name with this Terrible food. Teriyaki meat had no fresh grill taste, no grill marks. It was drowning in watered down Teriyaki sauce. 2nd order is Salmon. I was told over the phone I would get a whole fish. I got one small piece which was extra dry with burnt edges. The Rangoons I ordered was overcooked. Steamed vegetables....No flavor.....(Did I come on the wrong day?)
I want my money back. Most days, when I pass this place there is never any cars. NOW I KNOW WHY. This is nothing like the Happy Teriyaki Restaurants I had visited in Washington.

The honey garlic chicken was good. However, my spicy chicken teriyaki was salty.

The regular lunch special is a $7.99 teriyaki chicken bowl. Delicious! Generous portions. Tender teriyaki chicken served with white rice and warm cabbage

very bad service in every way it is bad I made my order online I arrived at the place to get my order and they told me that the meat had run out and that they could not do anything anymore I was left without dinner that night then I tell them that well I already wasted my time I waited for the cancellation and it will take like five days I ask if they can give me a free order for the inconvenience and they tell me no and then my time wasted and I was left without dinner the truth is very bad because not wasting my time and money is still in their hands I do not know if the cancellation was made or not terrible service in every way it is the worst restaurant I have ever looked at

Absolutely do not order from doordash. So much regret. As others stated the food is bland and portions are small. I never write reviews, but I had to warn others. Do not order from here.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki for Uber eats it was the smallest portion of chicken teriyaki I've ever seen at any restaurant so don't buy the chicken teriyaki it's really really not a good deal

The food sucks. I ordered a House Yakisoba and got very little noodles and no shrimp at all, only flavor was the sauce it was drenched in. It came with rice and veggies and it was only supposed to be house yakisoba. Also ordered katsu bowl and the katsu was soggy. Will not be coming back to this place.

(Review cross-posted to Doordash as well.)

This put me in the hospital. I have a mild allergy to tree nuts, like macadamia and almonds, but I've never had anaphylaxis before. Less than 15 minutes into a plate of tofu yakisoba, my throat and tongue began to swell and turn red, and I had difficulty breathing and couldn't swallow. I ended up calling 911, getting an IV in the back of the ambulance, and being transported to the emergency room, where I had to stay for several hours. When I called the restaurant the next day, the person who answered the phone didn't understand how the kitchen worked and wouldn't let me speak to anyone else working there; he only said he asked the kitchen, who reported that there were no nut-based ingredients used in any of their food. Communication and professionalism seems to be lacking just as much as kitchen hygiene at this restaurant. I don't think I'll ever feel safe eating from here again.
