I am seriously disappointed with my last few visits. I have been coming here for years, I love the atmosphere,I love the service and I enjoy talking with the owners. There fritters have been by far the best for years, but 3 out 4 of m last visit they felt like a miniature frisbee, when I got to the house I had to stick them in the microwave to soften them up enough to where I can eat them, I don't know if it is the fact that they have a new baker but they feel and taste like they are 2 or 3 days old. I really hope they do something about it because I don't want to stop coming here.

I went there yesterday and got 4 big donuts for $8 and some change.Why I bit on one and I felt the oil crease whichever they use filled up my mouth.It was nasty tasted like they’ve slept in that oil overnight.I will never go back ever.First and last, very Pricey and cheaply made.🤮If there’s option to give no star at all that’s what I’ll do.

Used to adore this place. Seems like the price went up and the food quality went down.

The maple bar and donut holes were good, but the banana fritter was so oily I couldn't finish more than a couple bites.

They are super friendly and always serve fresh donuts. They are so delicious and never stale! We usually wind up getting more than what we had intended.
They also have some really great ice cream flavors, and I always appreciate how generous they are with their portion sizes.
I wanted to mention too, that they don't let their ice cream get icy. This is important to any ice cream connoisseur! It's surprising how many goodies they have in there; even coffee! Go and enjoy! 🍦

Helen's is one of the best neighborhood donut places I've ever been to. They certainly have the best (and most addictive). Good prices and very tasty food.

The front store area is small, but the food doesn't suffer for it.

I really like this family owned and ran shop. The Donuts, coffee,pastries, and breakfast sandwiches,ice cream and shakes are delish.
They can get really busy they get customers in and out. UPDATE..Everything still top notch.Donuts always fresh.Prices have increases but the cost to make the donuts have as well.so I'm okay with it.i just don't go as often as I use to.Icecream good as well.

Good donuts

This was my first time visiting this shop. It is located in a quaint plaza on the corner of the plaza. Inside, you will be surprised with donuts, ice cream, and chips, and I believe I read smoothies! I was greeted upon entry by what was a shy gentleman. Upon looking over their selection of various donuts, a female employee came in and was very pleasant during my visit. I ordered half a dozen mixed variety. To include original glaze, twister, raspberry filled, and chocolate glaze. I would say that the original glaze was my favorite as it was very light and fresh.
