In all my experiences with the staff, I would have to say they're not only serving up drinks but excellent customer service. I suppose it comes with being a repeat customer to anyone of the different stands they have. I benefit from the south Tacoma, SeaTac, and the Auburn stands. Going to work or during work while delivering train crews to Tacoma and Auburn. Thanks Guys and Ladies for great service!

I couldn't order my drink, and I had to drive off without my coffee. Why...? I drink an 8oz double shot hot breve. The smallest size they do is a 12oz. I explained that 12oz will not work for me, as it is too much cream. I explained that I have tried adding an extra shot to a 12oz in the past, but that ratio is off too. After some thought from them, they decided that they could do a 12oz without filling it all the way. Then I asked if the price would be adjusted due to receiving a smaller product, and they said no. So I would have still been charged for the larger size even if it wasn't what I was ordering. My fault for having an unusual drink order I guess.

I finally got my first visit to Big Food Java, and it was exactly as my friend stated. My drink was perfect and enjoyable. Service was good, the barista was friendly and willing to make suggestions as it was my first time visiting. She didn't over hype the drink and service.
