I go to Big Foot about once a week (sometimes even more), and itās always a great experience. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I visit. Treasure, in particular, has been wonderful ā sheās helped me choose flavors and always has great conversations while I wait. Sheās consistently respectful, kind, and genuine, which really makes the experience feel personal.
That goes for the entire team too ā everyone there treats customers with the same warmth and kindness. I love this place a lot and always feel happy walking in, knowing theyāll greet me with a smile and provide excellent service.

Everytime I come here the price changes (mind you i come here everyday) Some baristas charge for extra syrup other donāt, but it seems like every time I am charged for extra I never get extra itās always the 6 pumps(which is default by the way for a redbull) so why am i constantly getting charged extra and not getting extra. Some baristas are really nice and then others are real rude thereās NO in between. I love the reliable baristas like treasure and jere, they are here for the customers as well as to make sure I am satisfied everytime. I canāt say that about the others honestly.
Love this place and there services . Iām a family of 7 and they are quick to get our orders done within a few minutes.. and always happy

Unfortunately my run in with barista Mia this morning was very bitter. I notified the barista that Iām picking up an online order politelyā¦ When she approached the window I mentioned again politely that it was a online order to help her potentially identify the order if she was looking for itā¦ She hands me my order and says I donāt know why they let you order this productā¦ with no explanation and then slams the window in my face! Okay? I have spent hundreds of dollars by now at this location not to get a window smacked in my face at 4:30AMā¦ please someone have a word with Mia or whatever her name isā¦ works the early AM shift usually! Please donāt bring your salty ENERGY to work and spread your toxic energy to the world! Thank you for your attention to this matter! I will be taking business elsewhere going forward and supporting small business where baristas greet me with a smile and a good morning!
