I go to Big Foot about once a week (sometimes even more), and it’s always a great experience. The staff are all very friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I visit. Treasure, in particular, has been wonderful — she’s helped me choose flavors and always has great conversations while I wait. She’s consistently respectful, kind, and genuine, which really makes the experience feel personal.

That goes for the entire team too — everyone there treats...

We got the iced Sasquatch Cereal and the Nutty Yeti both half sweet. They are both great for something different than the normal coffee order but if you’re a coffee purist it isn’t for you. Service is friendly and fast.

I'm a frequent weekend visitor especially in the late night hours.
I absolutely adore Jenae's service! She's attentive, makes drinks consistently good and always is a great conversationalist. I look forward to seeing her on my late night drive-thrus, thank you for always being ready to serve me my favorite coffee with a smile<3
