In all my experiences with the staff, I would have to say they're not only serving up drinks but excellent customer service. I suppose it comes with being a repeat customer to anyone of the different stands they have. I benefit from the south Tacoma, SeaTac, and the Auburn stands. Going to work or during work while delivering train crews to Tacoma and Auburn. Thanks Guys and Ladies for great service!

I finally got my first visit to Big Food Java, and it was exactly as my friend stated. My drink was perfect and enjoyable. Service was good, the barista was friendly and willing to make suggestions as it was my first time visiting. She didn't over hype the drink and service.

I just love it here. Best customer service ever best Bigfoot Java ever. They're always very patient. They always know my order. They're always friendly. They're always excited to see me. I don't care where I have to drive from I will always and forever return here 💗
