Brought my family to iHop to enjoy a meal. The meal and service was great and I never questioned the bill and always left a tip on the table. Today I received the bill and I was just looking to the amount then o saw the gratuity added. When did they start doing this? I always left a tip for the service but now I might not go back because I do not think it's right for them to do that. People might say some remarks about my review but I don't care. It shouldn't be on people's receipts. Then they have the nerve when you sign your receipt to add a tip. I am upset that this is the new norm.

The decency of this place has gone down over the yrs. They seem only hire immature, unprofessional, childish adult-aged ppl. They have no idea what it means to provide service to a customer and their Proper phone etiquette is severely lacking.

The food and service was fine, but the staff mistakenly added an additional gratuity on my party of 5 order and even after I corrected the bill with a pen, they processed the higher total. I called the manager to complain and he said he'd look into it. Never heard back.

The experience my wife and I had at this IHOP was amazing. The food came out very quickly and our server (MARICRUZ) was very hospitable and helped us out a ton and checked on us frequently. Please recognize Maricruz for her efforts and great work. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

This is one of the worst breakfast experiences I've had in the last two years. I came with my family - four of us - to have breakfast as usual. And then the nightmare began. The place was less than half empty, so I can't blame it on the fact that they were fully booked, although I really wanted to. They simply FORGOT ABOUT us from the start. They sat us at a table with an empty teapot, and when we asked to clear it, they said that this should be the case at all tables (spoiler, this was not the case at any table except ours). We sat waiting for the menu for a decent amount of time, after which we had to call the waitress ourselves, who decided not to honor us with her presence right away. But that's okay, it's not even half the problem. We ordered four meat dishes, which took more than twenty minutes to bring to us (with the place not fully booked), and they FORGOT to include one of the dishes (tomato soup) in the bill, which is why I reminded them twice about my soup. The dishes were full of variety - burnt meat, raw onions, tons of oil, spoiled broccoli, uncooked, but quickly boiled mashed potatoes in lumps. And in my dish they added burnt bread, which was not part of the dish. A compliment from the chef, as I understand it) This was the last time we came to this cafe. Do you want to ruin your mood from the very morning? Your choice is this place.
P.s. Oh yes, I forgot to mention, when the coffee we ordered was brought to us, it was simply thrown on the table, which caused my father to wipe it off the table. Was the waitress who did this bothered at all? Did she apologize or at least offer more napkins to clean up her own mistake? The question is, of course, rhetorical.

The worst service I could ever imagine at a place where servers rely on tips . And not to mention the food quality is good but the preparation is horrid, it's like you showed a 12 year old a picture of food without any context and asked them to recreate what they saw in the photo.

DISGUSTING! Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. I ordered through door dash the classic eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was nasty and wasn't even actual hollandaise they used to make before, the ham was just store bought slices not actual piece of ham. The side of bacon I received is a ripoff and a joke, 2 thin store bought crap the length of my pinky for additional $5.00 dollars! This place has gone down hill. The food quality sucks and they need a better cook. Here's a picture of the 2 pieces of bacon! The Original Pancake House has way better quality food, they make their food correct and they get their bacon from local farms, nice big thick pieces.
