Even though this is not the oldest IHOP restaurant, it sure appears as though it is. It's very run down. The booth has ripped up seats, worn paint and a not so clean bathroom. I never had a server come to my table, so the host had to wait on me. My eggs were ordered over medium, but the whites were runny and slimy, yuck! They usually have the best pancakes ever, but these just stuck to the roof of my mouth. Sausage links were over-cooked. No, I will not be back. I will stick with my neighborhood IHOP or any other IHOP than this one.

I went in for the Sonic The Hedgehog collab, got the Knuckles chicken sandwich, and it was surprisingly good, So were the onion rings. The staff was nice and helpful as well. You know, it's IHOP so there's gonna be kids yelling, I expected that and it didn't really bother me. Good experience overall

The restaurant was not very clean.Something was wrong with the heating. The server had her coat on and when I asked if they could turn it up, she shook her yes, then left. We kept our coats on the entire time.The server did the very minimum of service. Water, coffee and silverware.The food was cooked haphazardly. Ordered eggs over easy, one was over hard and the other ok. The bacon was hard as a rock. The coffee was brought in a carafe and it was lukewarm, once the order was complete we never saw our waitress again.I think there was undercurrent of discontent among the employees.

Not sure what these reviews are that are saying the restaurant is clean. This was by far the dirtiest restaurant I've ever eaten at. The cloth backrests literally had dirt and grime pressed into the fabric of every booth. The privacy glass between tables had old food and dried soda dripping down them, and I was kicking silverware from previous diners at my feet.The food was good, but had to leave early as my partner couldn't eat around all the filth. As I was leaving I noticed the manager, assuming he's the manager because he was dressed differently than other staff, hanging out in front of the store with a few other people smoking closer than 25 feet from the door, as soon as we left we, along with my 3 year old daughter, we were forced to get a big whiff of second hand smoke.Also, as I paid for my meal, which came out to $40, I was adding my tip on the tip line when I noticed the server added a $6 tip to the ticket already...who does that? That's extremely scammy because it's easy to miss and I'm sure they have plenty of double tips because of that. I just scratched mine off since mine was higher, I don't support waitresses adding their own tips to my order.This particular restaurant I would stay away from, spend an extra 10 minutes and go to the other IHOP, which is much cleaner.

Our waitress was an absolute gem! However, the gentleman that seated us was polite, he seated us at a freshly wiped down table that was still wet. This place was blessed that my husband didn't have the time or patience for running around to find some where different to eat. From the moment we walked through the front door till we left there was a bad odor through the entire restaurant. Smelled like bad pork or sewage gas. We won't be back to say the least and I pray that wonderful waitress finds somewhere else to work. She deserves better.

i had a to go order for a simple meal and not only did they put barely put ANY sauce in the sauce cup and when we walked in the manager stood at the window watched us get out of the car and followed us with his eyes all the way inside and felt the need to come watch us pick up our order. i dont need this weirdly dress round white man staring at me and my friend when were picking up our food and then making it wrong… smd fr
Just a regular IHOP but with great service! The manager was actively walking around and communicating with his staff and our server Amanda was awesome!

My experience with this IHOP was fun. Manager was on the floor checking in with guest. He was a blast and his court Jester. They were soooo friendly and informative as to why they will not use PURE syrups and the differencebetweenfresh shelled eggs vs the in a box poured eggs, that i didn'tmean to order. I ate the omelet with the bix eggs anyway since it was made already.The Manger did provide me with a strawberry frothy type substance made with cane sugar and real strawberry. Waffle had to go back as it was not crispy. When I got the crispy replacement, it had gotten cold enough the butter wouldn't melt. I made no fuss about that and ate it anyway. Overall, it was a great time for my companions and I.
