I didn't care for the food here, I got a muffin, instead of toasting them they were cooked on the griddle, my friends got regular breakfast and a small piece of ham. I will not be back here. The server was pleasant and attentive. Plenty of parking and seating.

Worst breakfast I've had in a long time!! IHOP use to have a great reputation but since management has apparently changed it is a -0! Husband use to go there all the time when working at JBLM and it was great. Ordered the 2+2+2 and a short stack. Not sure now anyone can mess up pancakes but these were GROSS!! My home Betty Crockers tasted better! The butter was a frigging joke - using a cookie scoop you get a ball of FROZEN butter on top of thick, dense, dry pancakes! Don't get me started on the bacon..... They allow dogs, not a service dog, to come right in and join you at the table. Totally gross!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Decent food!!! Some food under cooked and other items undercooked!! Pancake are always good!!
Very rude and unprofessional, both the manager and Mariana after getting a table with Mariana and waiting for a few minutes for my partner to come inside (on a call with her worker) I asked where the restroom was and Mariana snapped and pointed out the sign then when I went inside there was a line. After a few minutes of waiting and a few minutes later I went back to the now empty table and nobody around so I went to check on Samantha and see what was going on but she was still on the phone so as I'm walking back inside Mariana steps outside and yells to me that there are no public restaurants only for customers and then goes back inside. When I arrive inside, I'm greeted by the manager and she asks if I'd like a table and tell her that I had a table, I don't know what happened to it and she very rudely says that she will be taking me now and she showed me to a table in the back. And she was very discerning and inappropriately. Snippy and yeah, unprofessional. After a few minutes, we decided to go to Elmer's a couple 100 feet away, and it was a blissfully different experience. There. Everyone was very kind and hospital and grapefruit. Great atmosphere and welcoming.

Very nice staff here. I stopped in to pick up a to-go order and waited just a few minutes longer than estimated, nothing serious, and the manager made sure I was comfortable and happy while waiting. That kind of hospitality seems rare these days unfortunately. Thank you!
