Everything was wonderful with the exception of the taste of the coffee. Not everyone is as particular as I am about the taste of a great cup of black coffee.
I enjoy a good black cup of coffee (or two, three, or four) when I eat out for breakfast. If I don't find the coffee all that good, I will put half and half in it.
I put half and half in my coffee. I liked having the coffee pot right on the table so I could refill my cup. Just wished the coffee had a better taste without needing to add half and half.

I went here late (around 9pm ish) with my friends and had the best experience. Our server was so sweet, the food came out super fast, and everything tasted AMAZING. We will be coming back soon this place was the highlight of our day 😋😋

I didn't care for the food here, I got a muffin, instead of toasting them they were cooked on the griddle, my friends got regular breakfast and a small piece of ham. I will not be back here. The server was pleasant and attentive. Plenty of parking and seating.

Worst breakfast I've had in a long time!! IHOP use to have a great reputation but since management has apparently changed it is a -0! Husband use to go there all the time when working at JBLM and it was great. Ordered the 2+2+2 and a short stack. Not sure now anyone can mess up pancakes but these were GROSS!! My home Betty Crockers tasted better! The butter was a frigging joke - using a cookie scoop you get a ball of FROZEN butter on top of thick, dense, dry pancakes! Don't get me started on the bacon..... They allow dogs, not a service dog, to come right in and join you at the table. Totally gross!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
