Deanna was a pleasure! Was super kind and helpful to me when I was looking for some cheap takeout. Also very kind and helpful to the guests after me! Atmosphere is calm, place is clean, etc. IHOP corporate: Pancakes are too expensive. $6 for 2 buttermilk pancakes is theft! Seriously IHOP??

This Lakewood location was horrible. The hostess wad great but our waitress was very bad. She rushed us to order and I got the wrong food. The first time she came to take pur order we had been thete maybe a minute so I said we were not ready. She literally came back less than a minute later and asked if we were ready yet. I didn't even get a chance to look at the menu but I ordered anyway. Once we got our food she did not come back o e time to check on us. I don't understand what they are training their employees to do but customer service is not covered apparently. I will not go back to this locationThe food was ok but not what I ordered so I didn't eat much of it.

As we were waiting for our food we saw ants on our table once our food did come out after an hour or so they were more and more ants. We then asked for our food to go and left. The service was not great, it took an hour to get our food, they were ants all over the table, and we order a side we never got and were still charged for everything.

First off , our waitress did not check up on our table if we needed any refills.Second off, the food was kinda of dry.Third of all, we had to ask for our table condiments more then once and my sisters food had hair in it.. they couldn't even take it off the order only too give a 1.50$ off our order.We called the store when we left and they pretty much just laughed at it.Very poor service.

We had an awesome waiter who made our girls lunch superb. You don't often get good service these days but he was so friendly and helpful, my two year old even stated 'thats a nice man!' and she's very shy. Lol.

Employees here are always overworked and understaffed!! Can't comment on the average tasting food because I was WAY TOO focused on the broken and absolutely filthy toilets in the women's restroom!!! Of the 3 stalls, one had a out of order sign on it. One had disgusting female bodily fluids all over the seat. Leaving I stall for every female patron that morning. What blew me away was I reported the concern to one of the two people hanging out inside the hostess stand. She went with me to take a look. He reply was, "No one's coming in to clean, and I'm not doing it." Gross IHOP!! SHAME ON YOU!!
