usually IHOP's are a hit or miss but we just moved down the street from here and decided to give it a try. they did not disappoint. food came out quickly and was pretty good. prices are good and service was good. will be coming back for sure.

Disappointed in our breakfast today. Portions were extremely small. Waitress was transactional and less than friendly. Really disappointed. Can’t expect to retain patrons if portions keep shrinking and customer service goes out the window.

After coming here quite a few times and getting the same thing every time as well, I feel I can speak about the lack of consistency in service during the day and the overwhelming better service in the late day/ night hours. Regarding service, food quality and portion sizes- i feel the late shift is always better whereas during the day its a gamble. To a point I expect this due to day being more busy but its such a contrast that I rarely want to come before 6pm. Overall I love the food and service I get later in the day, simply wish the day was better. My meal of choice- Bacon & Avocado Eggs Benedict with Fruit

It wasn't bad. Asked for over medium eggs one of the yokes were broken. A little spendy for two people. These days what isn't?
After finishing an appointment where I had to fast for it ! So after 3 days of not eating i was ready to eat and I wanted pancakes, IHOP was on the way home, it was 4pm in the afternoon and I wanted pancakes IHOP did not disappoint, pancakes were fluffy and delicious, plus 2 French Toast 😋 ... one happy customer, its also a regular stop when I get to do the grandpa thing with the granddaughters 👍 always a great choice , good food, great service and convenient location 10/10

We'll, here is how it started off this Mornin about 10 minutes ago. We called to order a pickup order (Steak Tips & eggs) which we get pickup from this location often bye call in order. Soooo this morning I called to do the same and when someone finally pickup up the phone and passed the phone to like three girls, finally one took my order and said we don't do call in orders anymore. And I said I just did one last week and she said the Gm LUIS said NO MORE!! So i asked to speak manager on duty Paula, and she said she didn't know either. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!!! LUIS DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS...
