I’ve dined at both the previous and new locations multiple times. The ambiance and atmosphere at the Dock St location are awesome. Waiters and bartenders are super friendly, food is pretty good and generously portioned. Ingredients are fresh and tasty. The location is new and of course there will be kinks but you can tell that the staff care about the experience. Looking forward to meals on the outdoor patio as the weather heats up!

I had such an incredible experience dining at Indita Mía for the first time! From the moment I walked in and saw the beautiful artistic painting on the wall to the cozy bar area with the tree-like structure, I knew it was going to be special. The host seated us quickly, and the bartender was so friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered the chile con carne and vampiros, while my girlfriend had the grandma's quesadilla and horchata - all of which were delicious and had a modern twist. The presentation of the food was impeccable, and the portions were just right. Even though I was full, I couldn't resist trying the flan, and it was absolutely delightful. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning soon. Such a happy and satisfying dining experience!

The food was the best Mexican I've had in years. A real step up from the normal TexMex you usually get. Had the Enchiladas Indita and the Tacos de Barbacoa and they were both fantastic.

Edit: I have returned on slower nights and received excellent service. Ceci and Elias on multiple nights have provided an excellent experience. Plus one star.I’ve been coming here a few days now to check it out. It’s been pretty slow each time I went. I figured it would be a little busier and more fun tonight. I’ve had the food and can tell you it’s top notch. Tonight they lost me on service. I came in and there was no hostess at the stand so I found an open bar spot. I sat down at a dirty spot figuring someone would be along soon and bus it. I sat for about ten minutes and got a nod from the bartender saying he’d be with me shortly. I waited for what I felt was reasonable time to get a clean spot and at least water, then left. The cheapest beer there is a modelo bottle for $6 which doesn’t fill the pint glasses they have. The cocktails are the way to go and reasonably priced for the quality. Employees keep saying it’s a soft opening but they said they were coming soon for 6 months. They already have another location and this is becoming the main one. There is no happy hour menu like the other place and they are only open from 4-10pm currently weekdays. Soooo fine dining hours basically. I have no problem paying full prices but I like to start with happy hour and make it a longer dining experience.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp in front of the restaurant on the museum of glass side of the building for disabled accessibility.

Served food and had to ask for silverware. Staff seemed stressed. Definitely got the feeling that because my husband was in "work" clothes we weren't good enough to be there.

Definitely not your typical Mexican fare, and a little on the pricey side. The food here is very innovative and good, although I would say that these are more eclectic recipes than anything traditional. If you come here, come because you want to try something different. The menu is limited, not a huge selection to choose from, which is fine. It means they put more thought into what they are serving, not about how much they are serving. Not a lot of kid friendly fare. Our selections were plentiful, and like us, you most likely will have no leftovers. We are fine with that, you might not be if you are used to taking half your meal home. Our dishes were a bit on the spicy side, so if spicy is what you like, it's here. The one thing I have a large problem with is how many of the dishes are plated. My dish came on a well used wooden plank that had a large crack in it (as seen in picture). My problem with that is there is no way any food that might go in that crack can be washed out completely over time. As a caterer for over 35 years, that is a definite food safety problem waiting to make someone sick. Ask for your food to be plated on something more sanitary. We would come back, though not regularly. And, as many people have noted in other reviews, parking is definitely a bit of a hassle.Vegetarian options: Limited
