The cooks are constantly over cooking the fish. We have had to take back our order numerous times.
They did it again today. My wife has to drive back to have it redone AGAIN. This may be our last time going to this Ivars location. The employees are fine, but we think the turn-over in their kitchen must be problematic.
Very very disappointed.
My wife returned order and treated horribly. Was able to get our money back. Nice Veterans Day for a 30 year Combat vet & my wife. Very sad....this is not the first time we have had issues with this location, but gave them opportunity to get our order done correctly. Not any longer.

The first thing is that the shop has a very clean and airy space because I like the colors and arrangement of the shop! Stepping into the restaurant and enjoying the food, I feel like I am a sailor ?
- The dish I order is Alaska Wild fish with 4pcs portion! And it's special when it comes with fries like the attached picture! And 1 drink of your choice including tea or soft drink if you like!!!

I've eaten at this Ivar's many times and the food and service are always excellent, so why 3 stars? I took 2 stars off because my lunch came with no eating utensils. I ordered through Uber eats as I occasionally do, and this time, I had to go out to my car to get my emergency utensils out of my glove box, wasting almost half my lunch time. Not cool.
