Claimed they’re closed when all the open signs are on, and it’s only 10pm. Very rude about telling us they were “closed” as well as turning away 4 people all while the open sign is ON.

They are good and I'd recommend it but just make sure your food is hot and fresh before you leave cuz sometimes it doesn't be hot and fresh especially during the night shift

Food ordered at 0330 food is finally on the way at 0449. According to the driver, there is only 1 person working in the morning. Still absolutely 0 excuse for a mobile order with 3 meals in it to take longer than 15 minutes from a fast food place. And yes I already filed a complaint on the website. Edit: they were missing a whole box and drink we had 3 boxes and only got 2. This is all we received. This is single handedly the worst experience I've had from jack in the box and i am never going to this specific address for it again. Also attempting to get a refund for all the missing items.

I went Tuesday afternoon and the staff was fast, friendly and had such a fun attitude it made my lunch experience all the more enjoyable! I forget the nice lady's name on the POS at the time but ty sooooo much! Your smile and personality is sooooo infectious and I could see your team enjoyed your positive attitude with all the laughter and fun everyone was having! Ty again for an enjoyable lunch experience and I'll be back for sure!

I walked in and you could hear music playing sounded like Indians johnes next think I knew there was a giant burger rolling after I ran and ran finally dodged it. But I ended up in a pit.
