I understand that corporations created inflation to rake in even more billions but jack in the box takes it to another level. Not only have they shrunk their burgers to a size that's almost laughable but they've jacked the price up on them as well. For what they are charging I could go to red robin pay the same and get a way bigger and better burger for the price....with endless fries!!!! Lol

This is usually my favorite spot to go to and my local Jack in the box. Customer service & food was always exceptional & organized for years but lately it seems that they are short staffed and might not have the support they need so it hasn’t been the best experience. They had me wait a long time in the drive way & as I’m sitting there I see a man at the register yelling at the customer in front of me. After that car drove off I did as well. They clearly don’t have it together. I know food service isn’t the easiest job & with no support we can’t be surprised this is happening. I wouldn’t recommend for now

Called in an order, person behind the counter didn't acknowledge me or even look at me for over 5 minutes, just kept stocking sauces and stuff.
Good cheap place to go and eat with or without the family. But do be CAUTIOUS OF the homeless problem around the area.

Waited 20 mins for food only for the order to be completely wrong. I went inside and asked if they can fix my burger ( I just wanted a plain cheese burger) and they did with no complaint and gave me an expired free combo

I dont have a car. Wish dine-in was open 24/7 so i can grab a late night bite and a patio to sit.
This restaurant is disgusting and the workers there deserve less than minimum wage. The food is undercooked and wrong the workers are disrespectful and rude. To top it all off our entire order was wrong. How can you mess up 4 cheeseburgers? How? Bread, meat, cheese? How can you mess that up. Fire this entire jack in box.

The workers were very friendly but I did wait a long time in the drive through for just 2 meals . But the workers do work hard and apologized for making me wait off to the side for my food but maybe need a better system on getting food out faster .
