I went there to pick up a doordash order I really don't know how the food was there anything but I always know how it is when I've been there before and it's not very good I'm imagining it hasn't gotten much

Sketchy area of town. Saw the sign for the new Boba milk tea and decided to try it and got the breakfast platter. Boba was fine, I've not had it too much so I can't compare it to traditional Boba except it was very sweet abd the Boba were firm/chewy. Breakfast platter was fine. Didn't eat the hashbrown patties (too greasy) but the scrambled eggs and sausage is what I wanted.

Drive-thru person was cool and made sure my order was right but when I got my food and gave it to my kid there was a long blonde hair in it when I can back around 9:20 the drive thru people said they where

Jack in the Box is hands down, the WORST of all the fast food options.Too much for too little.Never going back UNLESS being held at gunpoint.Truly hate what you've done with the place.

For some reason they are taking only taking door dash and online orders at all Tacoma locations I have stopped at? I only have cash as a lot of people do and yet I can't eat because of this nonsense. I wish I could post 0 stars

This is probably the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been in. Not good.Also visited at 2 in the afternoon and the doors were locked. Somebody eating inside got up from their table and let me in. No one was at the counter when I tried to order. I called out to see if anyone was in the kitchen and someone shouted back. Took another 10 minutes for anyone to help me. Even then they were missing half their menu at the counter. What is going on with this location?

Short staffed and still HAD THE TIME to be friendly and quick with service. I’ve never seen such nice and professional fast food workers in the middle of a dense city. Thank you for the experience.Nice Latina lady helped us and was awesome.
