We came and ordered loaded tiny tacos and spicy loaded tiny tacos, they got the order wrong which isn’t that big of a deal. My wife went back to get the correct order and they argued that we ordered the food wrong and even when my wife offered to pay whatever the difference would be to get the correct food they still seemed upset.

Despite it being 12am when NOBODY wants to be working, the lady running the drive-through was sweet and had excellent customer service, even accommodating when I decided to change my entire order. Just as importantly, the food came out quick, hot, and fresh.

Manager just kicked all customers out of dining area at 6pm on a friday. Im sitting in the parking lot watching 3 employees chillin on break for last 45 mins in dining room.The hours are not real online. They close at 6pm. Just got kicked out of the dining room at 6pm on a friday night. As i ate in the car waiting to pickup my kids from practice three employees came out and sat in the dining chilling and doing nothing.This is the 3rd time they have done this. The hours are posted open till 10pm. They are not.

This location is hit and Miss but mostly Miss. My recent visit (and LAST) there I got an order of the 2 tacos. They literally were drenched in oil & thrown in bag. The bag was soaked with oil. Mad it got on my car seat. Could only take a bite of each then into the garbage can. What a waste of money. I’ve had previous bad experiences with this location but this topped it and will NEVER go back !

This place sucks I went to the drive to order a milkshake I wanted Oreo cookie which they didn't have of course so they only had vanilla I get to the window I asked for whipped cream and she said she's out of whipped cream the worker which I think she was lying a $7 shake complete rip off not to mention I didn't get any napkins and had to wait at the window to ask her for my straw that she didn't provide this place sucks bad never going back on the other hand Arby's has a large chocolate shake with whipped cream for $5.24 and it is bomb

Really strange happened to me and my family concerning this Jack-in-the-Box a couple of Saturdays ago we were ordering in the drive-through, and I have a strong, feeling that the lady who was taking our order, has the ability to mute her microphone and forgot to because it doesn’t seem like something a normal person working in customer service would do. The only reason I can think of is it was her last day on the job and she doesn’t care or she forgot to mute her mic so basically, my husband said his order and then he said never mind I’ll get this order and just switched combos. He wanted a combo one and he switched to like a combo five I can’t remember the number exactly and right while he was saying “actually never mind I’ll get…” The woman on the other end cut him off, saying “ugh oh my God!”. And my husband said wait are you saying oh my God to me? you for real are going to get mad just because I’m getting something else?” and the lady flipped out and ye yelled at him “that’s it bye!”And as if being on a phone, she basically hung up on him the two cars behind us witnessed the entire thing and one of them decided to back up and leave the drive-through. The other one straight behind us, pulled up along with us and said they were never going to order there. They couldn’t believe what they just heard because there was definitely a little argument going on between my husband and the lady because the lady was so annoyed that she got caught complaining about him Changing his order. It was so strange that I thought she must not be talking to him. There is no way, but then I realized it must’ve been her microphone because she was just so annoyed and talking like we can’t hear her making all these weird noises like ugh ugh ugh when we finally pulled up to the window to see what is the big deal with this lady? Why is she not letting us order and why is she mad etc. and when she saw our car pulling up next, she grabs the window handle and slams it shut, and we drove off, and the people behind us drove off and nobody ordered after that, it was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had in a drive-through all because my husband changed which combo he wanted. He wasn’t being rude. He didn’t make any rude remarks. He wasn’t being demanding. We were just looking at the menu trying to make our order as a family, and the lady was annoyed by us and I think she literally forgot to mute her microphone while complaining on the other end and got caught after. Don’t go here these ppl are really crazy

Don't go here... I'm from out of state. I pulled up to the drive threw. I was told that they are closed for 10 mins for their breaks, I was told to pull out of the drive threw to wait. I waited 10 minutes, they served 5 other vehicles, I pull back into the drive threw and was told "after the vehicle infront of you we will be closing for our 30 minute break". So I don't know WHAT I did other than want food. They just refused my vehicle. I will and my entire family that lives in the area will no longer be going there. I have never had such a bad service at any fast food ever.

I went there at around 7-7:30 am and was relieved to find it open. The 6th Avenue jack in the box is never open that early. The service was quick and friendly. They were out of coke products. So, I got a root beer instead. I will keep going to this location. 10/10
The food there was ok. Itt is SUPER overpriced. There is little value for your money. I believe fast food places are going downhill in quality and service.
