Two times in the last few days I have placed an online order and the location has not been open for anyone to fulfill the order. Multiple times I have received the wrong order through the drive-thru or they have forgotten an item even after reviewing the ticket. The customer service here is horrible, you have one lady that can't handle the job and messes up every time, another that is in capable of smiling saying simple words like hi and Thank you, then you have management that has their kids in the office and sometimes just decides not to even show up!!!!! I don't like to give bad review because jobs are hard to come by but at the same time, we work hard to be able to by a service and this location, is not providing that service at all.
The crown of the bun they gave me had mold on it. I cannot believe it! It is not a teensy weeny spot either. It took me literally 2 seconds after opening the wrapper to see and SMELL the mold. I will not be eating this. It is disgusting and shouldn’t have been served.

No soap in men's room. Not even an empty dispenser, apparently it's not something they offer. Makes me wonder where their employees wash their hands. What does Pierce County Public Health think about that?
Also what happened to their prices? Did I see that right, small fries cost $4.79?!
Edit: to the Jack in the Box person responding with a boilerplate reply: take a look the other reviews. If you really want to investigate why there is no soap, maybe just drop by that particular restaurant. It's called a health inspection and the county does it, too.
