Someone from regional support needs to inspect this location. The bathrooms were disgusting—dirty, strong odor, and lacking basic supplies. If the bathrooms looked like that, I can only assume the kitchen is even worse. I threw my food away because I couldn’t bring myself to eat after seeing that.

This was the most disgusting and appaling condition for a restaurant that I have ever seen! I stopped by to charge my car and needed to use a restroom, so to show my appreciation for the use of facilities I wanted to support the business. It would have been more sanitary to use a bush rather than set foot in the restaurant. As it was I still wanted to support the apparently failing business...If I were Jack himself I don't think it would have been better! To the corporate stakeholders: please fix this, you're very existance depends on it!!!

$10 for the smallest, unappetizing, yuk burger. JINT is really trying to compensate for store closures in the last few years by raising their insane prices and selling WAY smaller portions. I'm done with Jack in the box.

Well it's official, I won't be going to Jack in the box ever again. After being completely ignored for 5 minutes I ordered the Sourdough jack that used to be so yummy is now half the size and nothing I would want to experience again, it was awful. Jack in the box is sadly trying to compensate for store closures by substantial y raising there prices .Good luck JITB, you're going to need it.

My girlfriend and I went to the Jack in the Box on Tacoma Mall Boulevard,we both had a Jumbo Jack and fries. The burgers were very sloppy from too much mayo n ketchup the sliced tomato on the burgers were very much on the green side the burger patties were average at best and the fries were barely warm. It had been a while since I've visited a Jack in the Box,but always found it to be fresh n tasty, this experience not soo much...not too sure I'll return anytime soon...

I've had sooooo many issues at this location. Poor customer service, attitude, I've waited 15 minutes to order my food in the drive thru. Once the associate didn't ask if I needed any sauce and when I asked for some good good sauce, she rolled her eyes at me. Honestly I'm done with this location poor business and customer service. Not to mention tonight they were closed for lunch. I was hot.
